I live close to Alton Illinois if you ever get a chance to go there and see his statue of him I would recommend it. I would of loved to seen him in real life. Dude was 9 ft tall with shoes on. That’s crazy.

There wouldn't be much of a riveting story and they would have to find an extremely tall and halfway adept actor to play the part on top of using techniques to make him appear nearly 9 feet tall for the film. That costs money, it sounds like a pain, and there's no inkling that such a film would make a profit.

Crazy thing about this guy: He's the tallest human EVER and its not even close: Usually these types of health records, 2nd place isn't far behind. Robert Waldlow truely was an absolute giant. bro what, he passed from a minor scrape? if he was born today, this man would've been 10ft+ tall and lived like 4x longer. he'd make a lot of money in construction, and wouldn't even be allowed in any sports.

His height probably contributed to having a poorer immune system, considering his heart had to work harder to fully circulate blood throughout his body. He was already walking with a cane, just to support his weight.

Just think today they have the medicine he likely not only would have survived the infection but for some time how tall could he have gotten?

With the medecine of today, i think he was not become also big. Thats confirm at age 12 he was a pituitary gland but in 30's ,operation was not garanteed to sucess 😢😊 Thats More risky than today so his parents decided to let the nature follow his course..😔😔
