@@ChipmunkRapidsMadMan1869 - FALSE , Tesla charged & operated TESLA semi @ Fairbanks , AK in Winter at USAF proving Grounds and Death Valley, CA in Summer , charged LOCALLY in Death Velley area. except, TESLA semi is a Class 8 Long Range HEAVY HAULER that has 82k Gross PERMITTED load. can it can CLIMB Faster than any other type of Semi. it goes UPHILL @ 80 mph while hauling 82k Gross. and goes FAST Downhill too , no Brakes needed, and uses REGEN all they way Downhill. those that are going to BUY a NEW Diesel , will be PRICED out of Market, the Tesla semi is CHEAPER to operate. ROI is only 12 months. let that SINK in.

it can be Recharged to 70% in only 20 minutes. and uses 100% Renewable energy. CA has already BANNED 2010 semi and OLDER from roads, DMV wont even Register them.

It is not the world's most talked about semi truck lol!!!!!

Recently, 21 Tesla semi were DELIVERED to PepsiCo in Sacramento, and they are ALL 100% Renewable energy powered. they also installed 4 TESLA Megachargers in Support, with MORE Chargers coming. TESLA has MORE than 40+ TESLA semi operating at PepsiCo in , MODESTO, CA . and built 8 stall Tesla MEGACHARGER that use Renewable energy. TESLA is building the TESLA semi factory at GIGANevada and Tesla Lathrop will Deliver MEGACHARGERS where they are Needed.

It might be slick and aerodynamic, but how are you suppose to back into tight spots with this? Contrary to popular beliefs, truck drivers are paid to back into places, not to drive the trucks. Conventional semi trucks have a regular side (driver's side) and a blind side (passenger side). Drivers whenever they can, back into places on the left, because then they can stick their head out the window to see everything surrounding the rig. You have the driver in the center and now you have 2 blind sides instead.

TESLA semi has a 8 HD camera array , that can even see BEHIND the Trailer. TESLA semi has CAMERA based AI , that can Measure DISTANCE and provide PARKING Assist.

@@markplott4820 Unless those are 3D cameras (regular cameras lack depth perception) and you install 70" screens inside the truck, cameras will never replace a driver sticking his head out the window. Not too mention you'd have to install cameras on every trailer and make sure they guaranteed to operate and be clean 100% of the time. I don't see legislation allowing a computer (AI) operating a semi truck. They haven't been able to figure out to make them work on cars

@@henrikcsuri - the MAIN cameras are HD and mounted on Stalks , the can SEE behind the trailer from the CAB . Tesla semi has two L/R 18" Horizontal HD screens . ZERO cameras are mounted to Trailer. the Camera stalks are Weather Protected & have HEATERS . AI is Already here, there is at least one Semi company with a Diesel SELF driving semi , and TESLA Autopilot (L2) and FSD (L3) v11.3.3 is already BETTER than a human Driver . capable of SAC to LA with ZERO Interventions and Disengagements . TESLA occupancy Network prevents crashes into PEDS & objects , see Multiple Videos. ONLY, Tesla FSD is Capable of completing Chuck Cook style UNPROTECTED Left turns on a Divided Highway. let that SINK in.

@@markplott4820 18" screen is way too tiny to safely use for operating a semi truck! I wouldn't use that for spreadsheets. And again cameras/screens lack depth perception. Cameras mounted on the cab CAN NOT cover the area behind the semi truck, it's just pure fact. It's easy to make a self driving truck that goes from Sacramento to LA without intervention. A trained monkey can do that driving. Also we have trains for that type of transportation. Try that in a snow storm in Wyoming when you can't see the road or in NY City.. That's a whole other level!

@@henrikcsuri - ALL Tesla cameras are using AI to measure DISTANCE , see - Tesla CAMERA only Parking assist. I dont think TESLA semi is using ANY Radar or Ultrasonic sensors. the CAB mounted cameras are on LONG Stalks that see Portion on R/L sides BEDIND the Trailer. Tesla can STILL be Driven MANUALLY w/ Assist in WHITEOUT conditions. TESLA semi Flat out BEATS RAIL on Price & Speed. TESLA semi was able to go UPHILL Faster & PASS a Diesel semi w/ 80k Gross in Donner Pass , with TESLA semi hauling 82k Gross .

ONE DAY , you may have to. as the ROI , of Tesla semi is only 12 mos. and has 60% less Maintenance. it costs FAR less to Operate.

@@Senna-xi1gr - Ummm, there WONT be any NEW Hydrogen Vehicles , and Existing ones will go BANKRUPT. Honda already has KILLED the Clarity FC, and Hyundai is KIILING the IONIQ FC. H2 is too EXPENSIVE , you can go FARTHER on 100% Electric , charged by TESLA . and Tesla charging is CHEAPER than H2 stations.
