The World's FIRST TRIPLE FLAIR | Kieran Reilly BMX

Спорт

British BMX heavyweight Kieran Reilly has spun his way into the BMX history books landing the world’s first triple flair. To make it happen the crew built a custom roll-in and ramp at Asylum Skatepark in Nottinghamshire, England, where Kieran spent days on end attempting the trick, taking heavy hits one after another. The learning curve was steep, painful & at the end, breathtakingly successful.

This is why I love Red Bull athletes (especially the British ones) so much. The company puts the money behind them when it comes time to drop the hammer and they're all aware of just how much it means to capitalize on those moments. I mean, Matt Jones had his huge projects that were also massive mental battles and so did Bas, not to mention Felix Baumgartner (Austrian, so it's not all only Brits xD) and so many more and to see Kieran doing it is also something else. Well done Kieran, Red Bull and everyone else involved.

A flair is simply a back flip on a quarter pipe or vert ramp. You can land fakie or 180 out....they're both a flair. Flair is short for back flip-air.

I knew of Kieran being local to him and seeing him ride at Override skate park, he then popped up on this new channel I'd started watching (Tall Order) knew he was going places back then. Great to see the support and a young local lad growing into one of the best out there. Keep it up Kieran! Amazing.
