27:09 is so funny. When the chicks saw the worms and did not know what to do with them. My hens are so used to dried mealworms, that they don't like the real living worm. If they found one or I gave them a real worm, my hens would be like: "eeeeew... what the heck is this? You expect us to eat that moving thing?" LOL

Many moons ago, 70 years ago, I did the same without an incubator, well, I did use cotton wool and a low voltage heater under. For their first meal, I spread a squared white cotton cloth on the floor and placed a lump of brown molasses sugar in the middle. It attracted ants and flies. My chicken had a feast. After three days, I let them loose in my lawn and flower patches. They love aphids. They jumped to catch them from the stems. I was about 10 then. Yes, it was fun.

cooollll so the big water balloon sits on the eggs it's like a mother hen sitting on her baby chicks
this one was so innovative but the only problem i saw was when the chicks wanted to hatched even though you made that holders (from hangers) it is hard for chicks to come out, but using water instead of air was very creative :D i like the idea , i am looking forward for a modified one

저희 집은 연산 오골계라 까만 병아리를 키우고 있습니다. 오랜만에 노오란 병아리들 보니 너무 귀엽네요. 물풍선 부화기라니 능력이 대단하세요!

I Sadly, I dont think he can...he would have LOTS of chickens living there. You never see any of the previous ones in the background...just the new ones. So when all the video has been taken, and the cute chicks are no longer needed...where do they go? I'm guessing that a four dollar carton of fertilized eggs, easy to get at any grocery store, seems pretty disposable when you're being motivated by 1.72 million subscribers anticipating a video with cute little baby chicks ... just saying.

If the water balloon is the extent of your technical ability and you don't have skills to assemble the heater and controller a thermostatically controlled aquarium heater could be used in the balloon. Just make sure that it can maintain the correct incubating temperature for the birds that you are hatching. 99°F and 102°F. Ideal temperature is in between.
