What is the name of this bird?

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

It created an balloon incubator for button quail,
hatched, and captured the growth process in one video.
It is interesting to see the scene of fishing by
making fake bait with the feathers of a grown quail.

Remarkable how these quail instinctively knew how to do everything, exploring, feeding, etc without the guidance of a parent bird. Most 'wild' birds learn through the example of a parent bird. Yet, their 'flies' were very successful at catching fish. But quails don't eat fish, I thought. But well done surrogate parent, your brood did you proud!😇

These are king quail, also called Chinese painted quail and couple other names. But button quail is common misname for these guys. Button quail are their own species which are sea shore birds. Not a true quail actually. The 'general' quail eggs you showed were Japanese quail. Which are often misnamed coturnix. Coturnix translates to quail. Great video either way, who doesn't love seeing chicks! I've been breeding various quail for years and I still get super excited every time.

I love quails but my in my experience, although they look so cute and precious they're very fragile and harder to care for than chicks because they can escape from my sight in seconds. I've owned Courtnix Quails and possibly another breed(it's been a while so I can't remember), and their eggs are really good(obviously unfertile eggs) :D

I see many people commenting in wonder and praising how this person respects life. I'm actually surprised that many people think making animals be born without a mother to take care of them, and forcing them to grow up with another species is respecting life.

Those have to be the cuteist bird chicks i've seen in ages! What a strange feeling it must be having that tiny life running up and jumping into your hands, so tiny and delicate you could crush all 3 in the slightest accidental twitch closing your hand. I don't know if I could handle it, even though it looks almost easy to incubate and hand-rear such tiny cute things. Not to mention that I know my dog would make a snack of any and all quail chicks that manage to hatch. The egg funeral though.....just a bit over the top, Imaginative Guy. ;-)
