It’s because of the crazy Olivia rodrigo fans. Tbh I can’t stand Olivia she gives me petty vibes. Literally Olivia’s whole narrative is that she’s a victim and pointing fingers. Like she should have come out and addressed the rumors about Sabrina and Josh to help with their harassment. But Olivia let them harass them. Olivia is the viscous one let’s be honest here. I definitely think "vicious" it's more deep than it seems. That line "when you're insucure, could be me, could be her. You just run to whoever it's winning" it's mostly about the media, and not a specific person. She uses that situation - a bad ex - to navigate trought her feelings and call out those stupid people. Exceptional writing...

She finds herself associating the simplest of things, even forks, to that person. Forks are everywhere, so she's trying to say that every single little thing reminds her of them, but she doesn't think it's the same for that person (How many things do you think about before you get to me?) Her usage of forks as a metaphor is a great example of her sense of humor also indicative of her ability to make the saddest of situations light-hearted.

i think for 'how many things', the stagnancy and repetition of the song just symbolize the constant obsession and overthinking that come with your partner losing interest in the relationship. you can feel them getting distant but there's not really a big incident or event, its just the little things that tell you 'oh shit this person isn't invested in the relationship anymore' and that buildup of the little things is what leads to the relationship breaking down

sad to say that I didn't know about Sabrina until this album. I listened to sour and I was on team 'why the f*ck are we pinning these girls against each other', I still am. I didn't realize she's a singer, let alone this talented. when I listed this piece of work I was blown away, I have since listened to it multiple times and shown it to my brother and mom, they both loved it.

Me too! I didn’t know about Sabrina (being a singer) until this album. I knew her before this because of her acting tho. Furthermore, i don’t listen to Olivia songs and I didn’t even care about the drama. BUT LIKE FOR REALLL, as soon as I heard “because i liked a boy” I immediately fell in love with her. I watched Sabrina from starting ❤️. And I just know Olivia as Taylor Swifts fan ( I fucking love Taylor Swift) and because of all this drama..... Both are great singers. Let's not judge them . And I hope we save all the womens who get hate because of some stupid assumptions and lyrics of song. And I hope Olivia Take accountability in future. She is not kid anymore

this album had ZERO skips from me, which is a huge thing (i'm a picky bitch when it comes to music💀) i love this album so so so much. Also Tornado Warnings is my personal fave from the album! such a great song. - Because I Liked a Boy is a beautiful song its a masterpiece

I never thought about it but I think you're right about 'Vicious' somewhat addressing her fake fans. Sad thing is so many of those same fake fans are the ones buying her concert tickets when some of the ones who've stuck by her aren't able to get tickets in time. I’ve never listened to Sabrina’s music but when I tell u I’m listening to this album day and night….it’s just so good, like everything, from the lyrics to the production, every small detail. Her voice is just so majestic. I’m so glad that I gave myself the chance to listen to this AMAZING album.

SABRINA DESERVES A FUCKING GRAMMY FOR THIS ALBUM!!! the ending in decode turned it into my favorite song of the album because it feels so nostalgic and so pretty and comforting at the same time, can't listen to it without getting chills.

There is no other woman who gives me such a feeling of true and genuine entertainmentttt

such a mood, this album makes you wanna dance, cry, scream, it makes you feel like the hottest person ever and on top of that it feels incredibly nostalgic.

Was waiting for the moment you realised JP Saxe and Julia Michaels were song writers with Sabrina for alot of the album. Once you know you can so hear both of them in the lyrics!

decode's lyrics might be my favorite on the album. they're so fucking real, talking about that moment when u finally start to let go of the person you thought was the one

I thought Sabrina was pretty big artist, at least with younger audience but then this album only spent 2 weeks on Billboard 200 and this is a pretty good album as well. It's not even doing much on Spotify which was a bigger surprise for me.

What's even more wild is that they (Brina and Olivia) were seen a couple of times talking HAPPILY in shows now so like...the world put themselves in their business FOR NO REASON. You can enjoy music without sending death threats to the others envolved. This whole thing made no sense, just proves how everyone kinda needs a villain and drama just because, not caring that these are REAL people

i really appreciate that 'how many things' was a longer track, it felt like we were really able to sit with it and feel it to the fullest

Honestly all this drama was so unnessary 😒 like.. In Traitor Olivia said "guess you didn't cheat but still a traitor" so yeah, he didn't actually cheat, he just move on so fast and she was just "SOUR" 😏 about it (and also heartbroken )... Her beginning albums were very innocent and very pleasing to the ears, like acoustics and her covers were impeccable. I wish she does more covers again. She’s definitely evolved her music into something much more than it used to be. She’s got some good hits, people are acting like “Thumbs” didn’t exist. It was a bop and actually trendy, many people I knew actually played it on their playlists, it shocked me a bit haha.

I loved this whole album, was very happy to see Nonsense at the top of your list in the video. that song has been on loop in my head since I heard it.

I relate to this part in Already Over: “How am I supposed to close the door when I still need the closure? And I change my mind, but it's still on you”

Genuinely love every song on this album but my favourite part about it is the little stories behind each song that she shared. Like the way Tornado Warnings is a gorgeous metaphor taken from a real incident that happened to her which involved seesaws and parks and ignoring tornado warnings (And lying to her therapist about it.) Or how Emails I Can't Send is about her actual dad. And do I even have to get into the story behind Because I Liked A Boy? Overall, her storytelling this album has been IMMACULATE. So glad you loved the album, Ash! (And you actually survived the album ranking this time round, wow.)

I really really hope people stop sleeping on Sabrina coz her songs are brilliant!!

i feel like how many things would've been ruined if it had a happier than ever type of moment. the song having minimum production makes the lyrics and vocals be the important part of it

its been a month since this album came out and i still have it on repeat, that just shows how good of an album it is. it has everything you could ask for in an album. truly one of the best albums released this year. its a perfect album imo.

Bad For Business came my top 3 which I wasn't expecting! But my favorite on the album is Read Your Mind, Nonsense and Bad For Business

I knew Sabrina already but never listened to her songs before. So i decided to listen to this album and it actually surprised me in a good way, i like what I heard! Also it sounds a bit like Ari or Madison Beer. Production and lyrics are on point, as well as her soft and sweet voice. My top songs are Bet You Wanna (on repeat since the album came out), Read Your Mind (give me Kylie vibes) and Decode 😊 (Also thank you for all the new videos on your channels, you are making my days so much better ❤️)

Been a Sabrina fan since Eyes Wide Open era and I'm truly so proud of her growth. Her sound is getting more mature every time and it's starting to feel like she found herself and who she wants to be as an artist. This album is truly excellent. Decode is such a pretty song!

The "same time here next weekend" line is the main reason Already Over is one of my favorites. Her voice on that and "bet u wanna" is on another level.

i’ll be honest when i saw that the album was announced, i expected to be underwhelmed (as a fan of sabrina), but i love it when artists prove me wrong and sabrina definitely proved me wrong with this one. i really enjoyed it and i’ve always loved sabrina’s vocal abilities and songwriting skills, but i loved them even more this time around.

Exactly!! I love Sabrina but i'm quite a picky person and did not expect to get such an amazing no-skip album. She really outdid herself with this!
