They are just saying that if Ariana had sung these songs instead of Sabrina it would've been gone number 1 in charts since she is already a well known pop artist compared to Sabrina. And their style are similar in those two songs, so people would've loved it.

Sabrina said ‘you used a fork once, turns out forks are fucking everywhere’ is her favourite lyric in the whole album and honestly, same.

When she explained some things about the album Sabrina confessed these songs are all situations that happened to her that she couldn’t talk to anyone as she didn’t have a therapist at that moment so she acted as her own therapist; so when in Tornado Warnings she says she’s lying to her therapist I think she means she’s lying to herself (or at least trying) about that relationship

That entire situation was so fucked up. So many people where so quick to attack Sabrina and send such horrific things to her online without any real context other than a few songs. I'm not trying to downplay Olivia's pain at all (she was clearly heartbroken after the relationship ended and used her songwriting as a way to heal) but the way that people twisted it into some sort of frenzy of blaming, hatred and name calling was disgusting. People forget that these celebrities are human too, and they just attack instantly without thinking of the affect it could have on them.

I think it's just there was a lot of delay between olivias narrative (song) and josh/sabrinas. It's been over a year or two since olivia's so people just bought the first narrative they heard. but i think there's always everyone's side and then the truth but the world is shitty sometimes and just will mob mentality so i felt bad for josh/sabrina

Completely agree a THOUSAND PERCENT on what you said about the terrible situation that was instigated last year. Hope those people feel really stupid going to bat for someone who has zero idea who they are and all because someone decided to date a guy with an ex. No one knows any of them personally, but I feel very strongly that if they told Olivia themselves they were sending death threats or being incredibly cruel to anybody on her behalf she would think they’re insane.

everything that happened was so blow out of proportion , ppl got so intense over something they knew little to nothing about , sabrina just didn't have to be brought up to the situation and also I love olivia I do , i was a fan of all three of them when the rumors started before drivers license even , in the little disney fandom , but from both of them , olivia was the one to just not speak about the awful proportion that took , she never addressed anything and ppl are gonna say "but her saying something wasn't gonna change the situation" but that's just not the point , the point is that as person and as an artist which songs are causing backlash of life treats to someone else she should've said something , joshua was sick and you might not like him but as soon as he got better came up to speak about the effects the hate had on him and to not spread hate towards others so yeah . I'm extremely proud of sabrina for the album ,it's seriously her best body of work till now and everyone should listen to it

Love this album, feels very personal! My favorites include vicious, how many things, nonsense, and decode! And because I liked a boy holds a nice place too because I felt it was the perfect response to everything.

not controversial at all. personally, Tay set the standard of lyricism and storytelling I almost always look for in songs and Sabrina has successfully met it. [this is my personal music taste btw and Taylor is the first artist I actually religiously followed so everyone post-2009 are meeting that standard]

Sabrina said not to send any hate as well. She said it in interviews, and on Instagram, bless her heart. 😭 she used to say it about most of her breakup songs that got pop notice(even if people weren't going after anyone). She just wants to make music and vibe 😭 Olivia is the only one who hasn't spoken up against the drama, but I don't hold it against her that much tbh. She is young(not that they all aren't, but she is barely a legal adult), ridiculously popular and Disney girl to boot. History indicates that her management is probably calculating every movement that she makes and every word that she says.

She actually posed as her own therapist through emails to herself Keeping a log to help process her feelings and what was going on in her life. So I don’t think she technically was in therapy. At that point in time but don’t quote me. I did some digging on the album a week ago. She kept mentioning it was coming out soon earlier this month I remember hearing about that in an interview I’m pretty sure.

lmaoo i also blamed the male of the situation first, later realized i was wrong in this case after listening to his song “crisis”. i recommend listening to the song as well as secret and set me free which were released on the same day as a set of 3. it gives you more of an insight and changes how you think about the circumstances, i believe hearing out all sides. and trust me i used to dislike him too lol, but i think it’s worth a try, not only are they good informative songs but are lyrically written well! btw love the reaction great video :)
