    It’s the fact that the male paparazzi admits to following her around that night even though she clearly was already having a bad night and then acts shock when she get mad at them for following her and around and snaps. Like dude you got your picture why are you following her when you see she’s trying to see her kids and can’t.

    The fact that the paparazzi contributed so much to the agony she went through as a pop star should be enough for people in the present to denounce the media and advocate for her freedom! Watch this interview of Britney’s brother Brian who believes this conservatorship is a “family business” and “good for the family”. He acknowledges that Britney wants out and always has, yet he repeatedly justifies the conservatorship. He says he and the whole family are in the same side about it. He says he resents the fact that Britney has a “strong will and opinion” about her freedom. He can recall IN DETAIL how much profit was made from various records and perfumes but he plays dumb when the host asks him about the #freebritney movement. He said “he doesn’t know what captivity people are talking about”. The whole family is corrupt. Brian’s interview shows EXACTLY why Britney said nobody in her whole family helps her: kzread.info/dash/bejne/nYdtqduoZ63Kf5s.html

    Their justification is that conservatorships are for the incapacitated who aren't fit mentally to function in everyday life activities. Even if Britney has dementia (which is highly unlikely for someone at her age), the fact that there is even a law that literally tells the court that "oh this woman with a debilitating mental illness should spend her money more wisely!" really shows how the state doesn't even the care about the person but rather the fucking money behind her.

  • @ribonichigo

    @ribonichigo

    3 жыл бұрын

    conservatorships are often for people who are incapacitated to the point that they can not care for their own assets responsibly if at all. Usually elderly people with dementia would go into a conservatorship. They are also almost always done with consent of the conservatee, and the court decides who the conservator is unless the conservatee wishes it be someone close and personal. Britney's conservatorship is rare, and is very much a conflict of interest when her father is the primary conservator, which is why there's always a second person in charge of her finances. A video by Jessica Kellgren-Fozard discussing Free Britney as a disability rights issue goes over how/where conservatorships can be beneficial. There is no arguing though, Britney Spears' conservatorship is NOT beneficial to her.

  • @ApocalypticRenegade

    @ApocalypticRenegade

    3 жыл бұрын

    The great irony is that conservatorship is normally used to stop someone with severe issues from being abused or taken advantage of due to their mental state e.g. Dementia. While Britney's is being used to take advantage of her on some flimsy premise that she had such a severe breakdown that it requires constant monitoring and someone else to run her life for her. Even if she had a proper mental breakdown she's clearly in the right state of mind or physical health given everything she does, complete nonsense judgment imo.

    The media was and it is trash towards Britney, now they are all trying to jump the boat and being falsely apologetic. The constant questioning about her virginty and her love life when she was a kid and a teenager has me reeling to this day, why kind of question is for a little girl if she has a boyfriend? I have a little cousin that hates so much when people ask her this question, and thankfully as a response she simply reminds everyone that dares to ask her that what age she has to stop them on there tracks. The conservatorship basically Is an sketchy and fucked up system that should be a last resort but it often is used as the first one, in her case it really wasn't justified but ones it is created it's very hard to get out of it because it is rigged againt's the conservatee, how can you have legal representantion to defend yourself if a the same time they tell you that you can't legally entre into contracts? The conservatorship at least as it functions in the USA is a basically violation of human rights, but then again the USA hasn't have the best record on that department.

    Yeah, the US isn't very open about the violations against Humans rights in it's own lands while simultaneously telling someone over about someone else's supposed violations...

    I'm Brazilian and that documentary (Sorry for my bad english) is on a streaming platform here called Globoplay, and I didn't knew about her situation until a contestant of an Brazilian reality show called "Big Brother Brazil" that was a superfan of her talked about that situation of Britney on that reality show. So after this I watched that doc because I really didn't knew about her situation and now I can say I SUPPORT THE #FREEBRITNEY MOVEMENT forever and ever! And now seeing Ashley watching this doc makes me happy :)

    Britney Spears has always been and always will be a legendary icon in the music industry. It's just she's constantly surrounded with people who shame and mock her, and that's why she's gone down to hysterics. She deserves to have her own personal freedom back as an artist. No matter what it takes.

    seeing britney cry makes me cry :( how can the world watch someone hurting so much and still be so cruel? i was way too young to understand anything going on but i saw the magazine covers in the grocery stores and i definitely internalized that both in the way i treated others and in the way i felt pressured to be perfect as a young girl. :/

    long story short to understand this; the conservative has been going on since I was 4 years old. in 6 months, I’ll be 18. and it’s still going on. my sister was born the same year, she turned 13 on June 16 this year. SHE at 13 YEARS OLD, has more rights and freedom than what her father etc etc gives her at 39 years old. let that sink in, then tell me she deserves this.

    what makes me the most angry is that all she’s ever wanted to do is be happy and to do what she loves. to just have a normal healthy life in general and do whatever she wants when she wants like a normal human being. it’s so disgusting how the media and the people who are supposed to love and support her have treated her like an object they can just use and abuse. it’s physically sickening i cant even imagine the pain and deep rooted trauma she has to deal with daily. to me it’s pretty ironic how they say “she crazy” yet they were the ones who drove her there

I have to think that there is some shady shit going on behind the scenes because why is she not free from her dad yet? Like the guy said she is fit to go back to work sooooooo 🤔. I just want her to finally be happy and free 😭.
