Love this interview, love Byron Katie and 'The Work'. Thank you Albert for interviewing BK showing how 'the work' is there as a go-to, to help creative blocks, the mind's self criticism & well anything that would separate us from peace. I have been practising 'the work' for a few months now & it has been revelatory for me. It is also inspiring my writing.. I often find I am exploring the play of the ego & what I am learning through 'the work'.. writing about it creatively is great fun for me . I hope to continue practising the work & coming to your great classes Albert to explore 'the work' in my writing.. both practices are enriching my life infinitely - I thank you Albert and Katie ! How great to see you both in conversation...
