i agree, i miss waterworks and darkmoor whenever i get a piece of gear especially darkmoor i feel like such a power boost. i didn’t even increase much damage pre darkmoor to getting all of the gear. its just you feel like its such a milestone to finally get all the gear. of course 50/30 levels is too much, but at least like a one world gap please

I agree. I don't play currently, I left after I finished Lemuria and got the best in slots at that time. It was fun auctioning the staffs to players that needed em. When Novus came out I was late doing it, ran most of it solo (death main) and decided not to grind for the new gear. Didn't make sense if you could easily get through new world content on previous world gear, plus Wallaru was around the corner so why kill myself grinding for gear about to be replaced. I'm not up to date on current content but from what i know most best in slots are grindable and free but you said they gave better gear in packs afterwards, that's pretty scummy fr, feels like they just want to squeeze the players bases wallets any way they can.

Facts sometimes even more of a money grab if you have to keep buying the pack for better chances not even guaranteed for the gear you want over farming the gaunlet.

Destiny veteran here, Liam. We still infuse gears to a higher light power, and there is something else about increasing your "mods" of the gear as well increasing your defense a bit higher, which does kind of helps a lot. I'm also a bit late, I like your idea, Liam! Feel better soon, also. I wish Wiz had like another option for crafting wise, In another mmo called DragonBall Online, which I used to play on a few years ago on DragonBall Online Global and DragonBall Online Crisis, their crafting is a bit different, where you typically craft and the stats are RNG in a way which does cost a lot of gold and materials to get them sorted, but they would be like tier 1/2 in a way as a rare item in the game, while Legendary does have a bit more defense than Rare but Legendary items were always a dropped item so it would be less draining unlike Dragoon is lol, Just pointing out a bit of my idea here to share as well o:

It honestly should have been capped at 100. There’s no justification past level 100 (for naming reasons) that we need extra levels

This is why I no longer PvP. The point of questing used to be to get good PvP gear, so this is also why I am not questing past Karamelle with any of my "baby" wizards.

Wiz needs a permanent level Cap. They should cap the level at 170 and stop increasing the levels which brings more stats every level. Instead, they should introduce new templates when they drop new gear/dungeons instead of just increasing the gear by a few damage from last year. They can infinitely introduce new spells, challenging dungeons, mechanics, raids, gear templates, but there isn’t a real reason to infinitely power creep our wizards with stats and gear every year. It has only led to problems over the years

Hot take, you got a point. I haven’t touched PvP in a while because of how annoying the meta shifts every 6 months and gear drops,. Having access to gear is important and the devs should do a better job of balancing the meta to make it more accessible,. Especially with schools,. They shouldn’t nerf schools they should buff other ones,. Best video in awhile 🎉

imma be honest, personally i just dont like when they put the best gear in raids because not everyone does them. side note they still have to make money so we cant just expect everything to be free. Honestly this game cost a lot less than other games i have played so idk

what would be the point of doing the new content or the new raids if you can just upgrade the gear.
