The main problem with this apartment Is the Water issues these apartments had my water off over 100 times in my 3 years living there. It's so frequent you get emails 5/10 per month. They also have a bunch of hidden fees and fines the new management have added so be mindful before moving here. The maintenance responds in a reasonable time but they apply temporary fixes on almost anything. The management is terrible compared to the previous 2 companies. I recommend taking photos of everything when moving in so you won't be charged for it when you move. This apartment likes to charge fees and fines which where all added under the new management. The community is good and so is the location but you can get better for the price in the area.

Hi, when you said hidden fees. Can you please give an example? I’m thinking of putting in an application for this apartment and would like to confirm. They told me about the trash, pest and amenity fees and also more fees if you want reserved parking. Are there any other fees?

This community is consistently having issues with the water! Since living here, mid January, there has been countless water issues (no water). Also, there has been two occasions where the water was off, without giving us a notice. For instance today, 7/10/2024. There has also been a time where the water was out all night, I had to go back to my gym to get a shower and brush my teeth. I DO NOT recommend this community! Who wants to deal with inconsistent water issues?!

A word of advice., which by the way, I base my opinion on persons by their actions and not where they are from or their ethnicity. Be cautious with regards to who will be your neighbors. I lived next to people from India who are in the computer technology field and ever since they moved in there has been nothing but trouble. I had issues with my WIFI and computer network being hacked. When I am online my connection constantly drops. Besides that about 5 people are living in a junior one bedroom which causes excessive noise at all hours. Additionally since there are so many of them they need to step outside and have phone conversations in front of other persons apartments causing a disturbance. They were repeatedly asked to stop but would not listen. When they used the laundry room they would leave the clothes in the machines for hours and even days sometimes. Meanwhile other people need to use the machines. They would not keep clean. Once an animal dropped turd right by their front door and they would not clean it up. The would constantly walk in and out and not have the decency to pick it up. This resulted in a fly problem in my house. And the problem did not subside until they moved out. Unfortunately these people have some kind of superiority complex where they think the shouldn't have to pick up after themselves and should get get everything cheap. Let me tell you, having technical training doesn't make you better.

I agree with you 100% Joseph. People should not be judged by their ethnicity but by their actions. However, when it comes to the Indian community in America they can easily be judged by their actions. Most if not all of them are newcomers to America and bring technical training from back in India, which often gets them reasonably high paying jobs and they lead a confortable life. After that these people tend to be very stuck up and feel like they are better than everyone else. The problem is there is not just a few of them but hundreds of thousands just in the area dn more are arriving everyday. Its very sad to see America being taken over by Indians.
