I've only seen this once on that video you might have mentioned, and it's really interesting. It's either an issue with the RF board, or the SMC freaks out (common on falcon) and it causes this

Apparently It's an error to do with manufacturing mode

Probably an SMC error. Coming from a purely technical perspective, this could be the SMC telling you the only way it can to you as a consumer "hey, I have a BIG issue". Could also be the code they used to signify it was unable to complete the POST check, so yeah, PROBABLY the SMC.

An 2008 KZread video had this error and it said “ new Xbox 360 Xmas rrod error code?”

Someone probably forgot to bring it out of manufacturing mode in the service center. Probably will show e49 if you plug an ethernet cable (unable to connect to factory server).

Someone left this thing in manufacturing mode likely when it was sent to microsoft. You should still be able to press sync and eject to get an error (030x and 031x) but in this case I'm stumped. If I recall correctly it could be a blank nand

Already tried that. It won’t give an error code. I found evidence that someone attempted a Jtag mod on this thing, so perhaps the nand is screwed

A blank nand would probably cause it to bot even turn on.

it looks like it could be a problem with whatever hardware is responsible for error checking and reporting

This Console Got RROD BUT WITH 2 GREEN RINGS

I remember reading about this problem and it was due to someone sending a modded xbox into microsoft for them to fix it they found out its modded and sent it back bricked.

Pretty sure I've seen the original video from back in the day as well but i havent seen anything like it since. It could be some fault in the GPU cause it is an early falcon but i have no idea.

maybe it over heated because when it has 2 red rings that means it over heated but maybe he tried to fix it but he did but they got mixed and still didnt work

I looked it up and the 2 red lights and 2 green lights mean either the cpu or the gpu is overheating.

Mine did that and I thought it was gonna catch fire because it got so hot so fast and the fans would go crazy

i saw this in a video back in 2008 where his xbox had red and green lights on his power button

I asked Josh Davidson the 360 Messiah himself and he said it was something to do with MFRing mode

My xbox 360 does something similar but still functions properly. The bottom 2 lights are red and the top 2 are orange. Lights were normal for like 2 years then one day faded from green very slowly to orange and then red over the span of 30 minutes and its just never changed back and is actually alot worse now they flicker alot too

That error is from a jtag or rgh error

maybe plug ethernet on it it may give you one ringer might be e46 to e52

Is it something about the board’s software that’s causing that? (Flash memory that has the OS or the stuff the board is meant to tell the components to do?) That’s the only thing l can think about that could be the issue but l have zero clue.

I have the problem! The NAND inside the Console went bad! You can reflow or grab a different broken XBOX 360 (Possibly one that is also a falcon MOBO with RROD) and replace the nand from the RROD console onto this one, Hope this helped!

I think that it is related to NAND. I don’t want to throw the nand out though if it is Jtaggable. On another note, I took it apart and I think that someone tried to Jtag it at one point. That’s why I’m wondering and they didn’t do it correctly and bricked it

I saw a video just like this that was from 2009 or 2008

so i've actually experienced this type of error before a long long time ago, but it was on a jtagged xenon after i flashed a bad keyvault. does it give any output when you boot it from pressing the eject button? maybe its jtagged and someone broke it lol

@@SethYoung-1890 someone probably messed up the flash and thought they bricked it. It can be brought back. I forgot exactly what I had to do, but it was some Debian CD that I had to put into the cd drive of the xbox, then connect it via ethernet directly to my computer, and transfer over the stock file system again.

It needs to be repaired bc I googled it

CPU would be a normal core digital error NAND same thing l believe

Could be the SMC freaking out from GPU error, Falcons tend to freak out for some reason with errors like this or random infinite RROD codes
