Dang that water damage rant got me REALLY bad because we have SEVERE damage in the kitchen and we…..just don’t know what to do. We have no money, my dads constantly stressed about the house in general, and no one can fix it. It’s just damaged for good and only refurbishment could repair it to SOME degree and we just don’t have the money for that either Also my dad is almost 60 years old and he’s STILL working, I’m gonna go insane Edit: I appreciate the well wishes, everybody. It’s a rough situation but…hopefully there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Idk about you but I’d think about moving, get a bank loan or whatever and get another house then sell your old one. (I’m not a professional! Do not listen to me!! I’m just a 19 year old guy who bought a house)

@@isuapig6705 tbh, we have quite literally nowhere to go. Our only shining blessing is my mother, currently majoring in Psychology, who is planning to walks across the stage in May. When she passes, she can get a good paying job and, combining her salary with my dad, could bring in enough money to repair out house. That’s the long term theory as of right now.
