I worked as police officer while in college under grant in a town population of 600 and the city attorney judge and the entire city staff workers leaned only the direction of the rich members and went out of their way to avoid and delay court hearings if the culprit was related to any of them It was while minimum was 2.75 her and grant paid 2.00 village paid 2.00 topping out 4.00$ hour Wasn't worth the college grant
