I've heard about these prepaid cards that these people are givin with numerous amounts on them but at the same time right here in chicago they are haveing kids do elearning at home to house these people so to me, if they have money on cards every month how are they not in a hotel?.. lots of rumors but I try and think logical and for what I said it don't make sense.. ive even called around to some hotels and extended stay hotels and most of them have rooms so....
