Hello. Since canning has been traditional in our country for many years (it is done in every home), there are various glass jars, lids and lid-closing tools in every store in our country. Generally Ukraine produce the concealer tool. Copy this and search - 1.Машинки для закатки банок 2.Банки для консервации You can use any glass jar and metal lid you want. The important thing is to make sure that it is absolutely airtight. If air enters, the product will deteriorate. You don't produce one. Probably you just need to ask someone to send it, but... this key also needs covers, which you don’t have either. Therefore, if you bought something from preservation with screw caps in your store, then do not throw these jars away, but use them for your own purposes, for example, sterilize the lid and jar, and close as described in the recipe.

I don’t understand this kind of canning. Is this safe? We go through such rigorous methods to can vegetables and meats here in the USA canning the food in the jars and then inside of pressure canners for 30 minutes up to 1.5 hours for meats. It’s much more complicated than this video, but I would like to learn more on the way this is done and how long it’s actually good for.

Hello. It's up to you to believe or not. But I am sharing a method that has been used in our country and neighboring countries for more than a century. This kind of canned food continues to be made in every home. As you can see, these equipment (lid and closing tools) are widely sold in making such products and are found in every home.

Do you know where I can get your kind of jars and lids and the tool to seal them with? What are they called (or a brand name) so I can try to find some. I would like to learn. Thank you.

Странно.без стерилизации.я не рискну.я все таки стерилизую
Ой там уксус не надо даже можно без соли кипящая вода и 1час стерилизовать такие банки достаточно кипятить 45 минут потом закрутить.Открываеш и пользуйся.
