Hello, please could you give some insight as to whether I should be concerned about buying a house 190 meters from the rear end of a large sewage treatment plant? Should I worry about health impacts of bioaerosols in the nearby air? Thank you, Amanda

Who else here from school

Fouling can form inside the pipe in my house, how do you deal with that? What if for some reasons bacteria enter the water pipes outside the water treatment plant? How about the composition of the ions or minerals? Do you also monitor that?

Drinking water contains a residual amount of chlorine which protects pipes from fouling and safeguards drinking water as it travels through pipes from treatment plants to customers. We collect and test samples throughout all stages (including at customers taps) for bacteria and a wide range of other measurements.
