The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners on Quest 2 in SteamVR with Virtual Desktop.
I have made a little guide to The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners with Quest 2, so you can play it with Virtual Desktop, through SteamVR. You can play the game just from your Virtual Desktop game overview, but then it will not track playtime and achievements to Steam.
Do as I do in the video I have made below. When the start screen comes in the game, press once on the left controller, the three line button. It will show the menu for SteamVR, where you can do some changes regards the headset and controller. My language are on Danish, but I think you get the idea where to press.
At the control binding, you have to find "Shared binding fromFallenAngel" and press "Activate".
I hope this did help you playing the game from SteamVR through Virtual Desktop.

for some reason when I do this, it trys to open in steamvr while having the game opened in a completly different window. No idea why it does this

ANSWER: dont launch steam vr. Instead launch the game from virtual desktop. The quest controllers will now be shown in saints and sinners settings instead of the Vive controllers.

I found all of this but it still won't let me walk with the left thumbstick.
what are you specs because when i play the game after a while the game crashes but i can run boneworks beamng drive and they need around the same specs and the walking dead and i have no lag or fps drops on them
when i did this i couldnt run at all
