Nail bomb is top tier can literally take out a whole patrol with 1-2 throws. I never used to use it but once I got good at using it its a go to weapon now.

Gotta say, I like the katanas. They have good reach, and good for dismemberment so as long as you see the walker first they don’t stand a chance + you can stab with them but it’s a bit hard to do so

The durability on the bow is bad, but with practice it can empty a room of enemies quickly. Plus it goes through armor very well even face armor

I never leave camp without a frying pan in my last backpack slot for easy access in case I'm either taking out solo stragglers or have a broken knife/blade Also a tip for using the pan: swing overhead and aim for the face, smack hard! It usually one-taps if you do it right. Eventually, you get it down to a science.

Use two Infront of your face to be almost bulletproof (still a slight chance to hit you somehow,but they seem to just shoot you in the face)

Just tried it out,one is enough,so if you can one handed wield weapons,use a pan to become almost unhittable from the front

You forgot that the psvr literally can’t aim because it works off of lights and not cameras, so with two handed weapons, you can’t aim because one light blocks out the other.

yeah all of the dlc weapons for both chapter 1 and 2 are just worse reskins of their counter part (the sheriff is the one exception) somehow an even bigger waste of money than buying the game itself

Egg timer is fun to walk up to the tower and hand a random guy a bomb and watch him explode

Small detail about the lighter is that you’re able to light the cigarettes you find, not useful but just a cool little detail

the crow bar is my favorite weapon just cuz when theres an armored zombie it feels like im doing a last of us combo

I always grab spoons and bottles when walking around. Always good when you encounter a single walker.

I would if there were more than like 5 weapons. I might do it for the PC version to access the hidden weapons though

Weird, I never had trouble with the starting revolver. I actually killed entire groups of Reclaimed with just that revolver, though it was always with me having the jump on them, scoring headshots, and getting by with ambush tactics. The 9mm pistol I admit I would rather take in an open fight or if I'm expecting to clean a house, of course. I play on Quest 2 btw.

Half of these weapons I just scrapped and never knew they could be used like that nice Also never really had a problem with the nova on quest other than the gun sometimes not letting me get another pull back the slide (though honestly that kinda happens with every gun for me)

If I missed a weapon just drop it in the comments. Also if parts of the video sound weird, I didn't re-watch this one all the way through before posting it cause it's 30 minutes. I don't have nearly enough attention span to do that.

Nice to see how different people rank the variety of guns..For me the frying pan is a definite S tier as well as the catana since a little practice can always guarantee a one hit kill. Also the lever action is one of the best weapons since the iron sights are the best in the whole game as well as the firing rate if you hip fire it right. But I see we all agree that throwable explosives are sh*t since the throwing mechanics of the game are just bad and you end up killing yourself almost nine times out of ten tries.. Great video! And since chapter 2 released my main loadout is Pumpgun on the shoulder, sheriff and 4th and pain on my hips as well as two katanas in my backpack combined with the stell knuckle gloves. I mainly use the pan in my right hand, stun the walkers with it and finish them off with my left boxing glove. It's great fun and also works as crowd control.

Love your opinions you should do the same vid but damage related but way to much b’s and the judge in my opinion should be a higher level

Just got these 2 games for psvr2 man. Its wierd to see the age of a game once its got your interest. I surprisingly enjoyed seeing the few bugs that i never even knew existed.

I accualy never had a problem with the NOVA it was always still a clutch for me. One of the best 2 handed weopons

I would argue that crowbar is a decent weapon for 1. The bottom of the handle can brain walkers so it’s just a line to stab them and 2. It has alright durability for a non craftable weapon

Great vid, but like a statue over the nail bomb... Try under handing it- it's easier than over hand.

Tbh the shiv is one of the coolest weapons because of the simplicity of it, the size, and it just feels cool to use on walkers in my opinion

I have this on PSVR and I’ve only done a few missions but I haven’t missed a shot with a handgun yet. I mean you just line up the dots on the sights and fire like real life. Haven’t had a revolver look like yours did with the aiming either.

can get up to 4 kills with a spoon - 12-6 motion works for grass clipper when there's lots of zombies, also same for frying pan/pot.

Some of the cut weapons from emport codes like the "Knife" or the professor and the burstfire fs92m

6:13 if you grab a pack of cigarettes and take a single one out you can use the lighter to light the cigarette and it will burn into a cigarette butt. You also can put the lit cigarettes in your mouth however i dont think it does anything other then be a neat little feature

I always take 2 ARs and a bow and 2 of the f29fm(or whatever) pistols. I also use nail bombs alot when going to highly infested areas.

i like the crowbar its fun and it feels satisfying to use and it can be good decor

i like the crowbar because it is so real when you want to end some of them so hard but so cool :)

Best load out has to be The FS92M Night shift The AR Nova shotgun And the compound bow

You can also use the end of the Esteemed Mortal to stab enemies

There’s actually something really interesting about the guns in the game, like the ar416, if you take a full mag and cock it, then replace the mag, you’ll get 31 bullets instead of 30, this also goes for every other gun in the game except revolvers.

You can smash them on literally anything with a collision

Katana cuts through necks like butter, nail bat does more damage to your stamina bar than to anything you actually hit with it

You can break boards with the cleaver and I don’t know if you knew this but you can also break boards with the guns and other boards you just have to do the same mechanism as if you’re using an ax or a crowbar in the game or if you using the card you can just whacked it sideways with the AR you can go forward and it’ll break because as full durability stars in I didn’t even know that you can use the little statue collectibles as weapons

Just so you guys know you can find a skull in the shallows in a bathtub in the blue mansion

Yep, pretty much every object in the game is bullet proof, pillows work great as shields but melee weapons like the 4th and Pain work just as well, since the AI only aim for your head, no where else.

for the .30 go into your settings and in gameplay there should be something for gun angle and it changes where the gun is pointing when your aiming straight

Oh that explains it for the Nova I used it in retribution and when I looked at the shot gun my game COMPLETELY froze I couldn't restart it but then it restarted

I have used a FS92M handgun, when it was jamming to the point it was essentially a shitty cheap air soft handgun, in the Trial. I can make do with a jammed pistol and with my fast reload and above average aim, I can murder a horde of walkers with ease, except if I have enough stam.

I used the lever action rifle on the bastion after shocks to. Take out. Reclaimed from the back of the house

In the first game, yeah the explosive egg timer is pretty useless. But in the second game at night, GODDAMN its useful. like you can throw it and they will walk to it and explode(plus it feels so tactical). Overall, the explosive egg timer is an F in the first game but S in the second game in my opinion lol.

That pull thing is only you, 100+ hours of gameplay and it never happened to me…

the fact that it happened on two different machines on the same version of the game means it was the game. 1000+ hours of gameplay and it's happened to me nearly every time I've used the .30 and .45, never any other weapon

You can break boards by hitting them with any handgun

With the hatchet you can actually used it one handed if you put enough swinging power and grip it at the very top

I do really like the fs92m

I personally find the crowbar really good I hold it sideways so the bottom half is the one stabbing the walkers Makes the crowbar 500 times better than using the normal side

I was gonna start a new profile from day 1 and only use loot on my fav weapons. First play through I tried them all but only need my bow and revolvers and Lucille

bolt action has a use if your trying to loot a house with tower or reclaimed outside snipe the front guards

Also decent in the trial because it only costs 45 bitecoins and it’s ammo is 15 and if you have a little practice you can reload it fast enough to not die

On quest, revolvers completely outclass the fs92m. They aim straight for us and never jam, plus with the fast reload for them (hold the wheel to the ammo) they can get back in the fight just as quickly. The compound bow is hands down the best, most useful tool in the game. You can silently kill with easy hip fire headshots. You can lure hordes of zombies and sometimes even patrols with fireworks and then blow up the group. You can use your ammunition as melee weapons. You can reuse the base ammo. It never jams. You can blow up doors. It's to the point that if you're good with it, it's overpowered compared to every other weapon in the game. You can light cigarettes with the lighter. Smoke em if you've got em.

I'm playing one of my saves from first game to stock up. I noticed they took the devil statue out of bastion. Are they going to take away aftershocks? & Is it smart that I'm stocking up?

It's definitely a good idea to stock up, and from what I've seen the demon statue caused some problems. There are however 12 more demon statues in each map to collect, including Bastion. (No, I don't know where it is)

Im a quest player and the nova has been fixed but with the quest 2 tracking the aiming doesn’t work well but still is useable

I've had issues with tracking as well on two hander firearms. Makes aiming an absolute nightmare.

I have one thing to say. On Quest the pump shotgun is not good, no, trash I would say because it not easy to recharge and slow to shoot because of it. At this point I would say it better just to use the double barrel shotgun because it way faster to reload and shoot.

Where can you find the candlestick? I've been wanting to use it for shelving but havent found any after 40 days.

Cigars can be found pretty much anywhere, you'll find them mostly in hotel e Claire thougb

Only thing I have a problem with is the grass clipper,absolution,and the ar the rest is good
