Agreed. She was soooo gooood. This sounds like a Sarah McLachlan concert. They missed out. I hope she auditioned again either on here or some other show.

Yeah… they try to out do the American The Voice.. i promise this she would have had multiple chairs turn. This version is horrible because of the “stricked” judges

Agreed. Those judges are stupid. Theres nobody with a voice style like her in recent years. I bet they didnt turn cause they didnt know what to do with her cause shes so different

this was a travesty but Bronwen has been performing around Wales in different venues and we were lucky enough to have her booked in my local two years ago for the rugby and she was fantastic very diverse and did a great mixture of songs. She has pure talent.

2021, and again, I am here to tell you that this is the biggest loss on The Voice ever

That's what UK needs to do well in Eurovision- someone singing Welsh, the indigenous British language

Not going to lie, this gave me the CHILLS. By far the best audition I've ever seen on any show like this: The Voice, X Factor, Idol. All of them. It's a shame Danny and Tom were full. They'd definitely have turned.

Honestly l’m glad no one turned Bronwen has a voice that puts this show to shame she should be a record selling artist with vocals like that legendary

Don't know how many times I came back to Bronwen and this performance. Every single time - so special and beautiful!

I return to this BRILLIANT performance every now ‘n then. It’s 2024 and I’m STILL floored by her voice!! And…I’m STILL broken hearted that not 1 chair turned 😢

For me still after all these years the best audition i've ever heard. After this the judges need a ear check for not turning

Well that’s still devastating. Her voice gives me chills. One of the most beautiful I’ve ever heard.

I couldn't agree more.

The look on Tom and Danny's faces at the end says everything. Two judges with spots left and neither Jessie nor Will buzzed. I was stunned the first time I saw this, and it still blows me away that she didn't make it past the blinds with one of the best auditions on any talent show, period. Mind blown in the worst possible way.

i dont get how jessie acts like she's so into it and amazed, yet doesnt push her button?!?!?! O_o

What a stunning voice and such a beautiful cover of this song! At 0:50-0:53 you can really hear that rasping tone forming way down in her throat as it flows upwards to create that lovely sadness in her voice. wow!

That was so beautiful. Why did no one turn? Well, in the end, when I saw her sing "Bread and Roses" in the film, "Pride"…she brought tears to my eyes and happily had the last laugh. I can't help but think that when some of the judges on these shows hear a genuinely natural and beautiful sound, they might feel e bit threatened. Am I wrong in thinking this?

Your're not wrong, sarmadasco. I never watch these shows (I don't want to say anything about the judges because millions watch this game and enjoy it). She is amazing and the world heard her in the movie. She sang a capella and it WAS brilliant. We can't say the world heard these judges, can we?. She will go places.

the problem was that Tom and Danny didnt have any spot left in their team, so they couldnt do it, Jessie and Will are the silly ones u.u

Still my favourite audition from any talent show. Ever

This is the reason I don't watch the Voice any more. This girl has an angelic voice and the fact she started in Welsh made me choke! Genuinely fantastic and I'm so happy you now have a Manager.

I got goosebumps from the first note, seriously the hairs on my arm were standing up!

This is exactly why the voice sucks! This woman is phenomenal!

Hands down the most beautiful female voice I have ever heard. I cannot believe no one turned for her.

Oh my, when she started singing I just closed my eyes and felt goose bumps all over my body. Such an amazing voice and unbelievable control. As Dany said - it's a shame no one turned around for this beauty. Mesmerizing, no doubt about it.

It's so hugely heartening to see such overwhelmingly kind and supportive comments from people from all around our world, in their own languages, for Bronwen, even so many years after the event. We as human beings really share far more than might part us. Diolch o galon i chi gyd.

you see an audition like that which was quite simply AMAZING and she doesn't get through , you must think wow how good is the talent that did get through ? they are not in the same league as this superstar and that's the truth ...

My dad dad just before fathers day last year. My mum asked what I would like to add to the day in order to put my own memories. I remembered how when Sting first wrote Fields of Gold and song it to his wife before it went public. i thought about how much love must be there and how this could truly represent my love for my dad. Even though at times I still have tears, this will still be a very important song in my life. For das funeral i did have Stings original, but I have to say " this lady as got an acceptional voice and it really got to my heart hearing this version" what an amzing lady with a trully amazing voice, never give up your passion and thatnk=you for helping me remember my father xxx

Bronwen I still cannot believe you didnt even make it through the 1st stage!!! PLEASE COME BACK NEXT YEAR. SING THE EXACT SAME SONG AND I WOULD PUT MY HOUSE ON IT THAT YOU WOULD 100% GET THROUGH!!!!

2019 now and I always come back to this when I need an eargasm 👌 such an amazing performance... One of the few auditions that are remembered regardless of how much time it has been since last heard 🙏

Also Danny and Tom had used up all their slots so it was only Jessie and will.i.am that could picked her. Again it's a shame. The two judges that couldn't pick her wanted to.

Tom from Wales would no doubt have picked his compatriot and not through bias, but he and another judge had already got their full quota.

I come here every now and then to listen to her audition... She really sang it from the bottom of her heart... And how beautifully! Shame that the judges didn't turn... I don't understand this language and I am told that it's Welch... But I love this song and this rendition.... Saw the full version of her audition and she seemed sweet too... Conducted herself gracefully despite the debacle...

Everytime I want to feel Goosebumps I watch this video. And everytime I watch it I get pissed off that nobody turned for her!

This will forever be the black eye for this show. This was the moment where you realized this show was not about finding true musical talent. This still upsets me to this day.
