Vision has power to go penetrate any object but can't take anyone else with him. That's why Wanda fell down when he goes through the door carrying Wanda on hands. Now how did he took out that bone (or whatever it was) from the throat of his boss.

2:10 the way Hex Vision pushed White Vision into the ground sliding is just like how Superman fought General Zod in Men of Steel when he threatened his mom. Somehow Vision is kinda like Superman, they always want to resolve problems without getting violence, but just leave their loved ones alone!

You may have realized this by now, but I'll say it anyway. Wanda was already a witch before her enhancement by the Mind Stone; the Stone only enhanced her magic, it's not the source of her power. Also, Chaos magic, her magic, scales higher than the Infinity stones.
