Fun fact is, the very first non-blacks who received the nword pass from black people were the Polish people. It happened on Haiti. Black nationalist leaders were thankful that Polish soldiers shed blood for the freedom of black slaves and not only classified Polish people as noir meaning black, but also called Poles the white Negroes of Europe, right after the Haitian Revolution and 160 years later, in the 1960s..
The reaction they give when they say "nigga" back, the shock they have when they realize what happened. It gets me every time. It's powerful.
