something like the wire but in Gotham would be crazy. The main cast follows like regular people in Gotham so not Gordon but just like 2 regular detectives and henchmen so we get to see both sides and we’d get some of the villains as like recurring characters and Batman is this monstrous presence we never see fully like a movie monster.
