My favourite. I used to listen every Saturday night on the seashore at Porbander, INDIA

The Ventures has been historical hero not only in music but also in many areas in Japan !

I love listening to their music. They don't get enough credit for the contribution they made to music. I remember in high school in the early 60's where every high school had battle of the band almost every week to pick the best band for the high school. Then there'd be competition at the city level to determine the best band.

I think only don Wilson is alive, the rest are gone

I hear sooo many influences on many later musical artists! The Ventures were great and I can only thank our Japanese friends for keeping it all alive!!

I feel the same way. That modulation key change at the end was not overly exaggerated and was perfectly timed. Same with the stops at the end. Beautiful !

Just see how much fun they are having. A joy to watch. For me it is ginza lights that is their most exciting number ever. It makes me feel alive in a way that nothing else can. It is as heart racingly intoxicating as a smile from a beautiful woman which she makes clear is only for me. Ah! To dream!
