My mouth was watering the whole time.
This is great! I have been wondering how to create a comfortable Italian vacation for my Indian mother who is vegan. I may get her to compromise on dairy, but pork and beef is impossible.
I never expected florence to be in tuscany - as it's a wealthy city in a poor region, and who'd expect florence to be a vegan destination when I associated it with animal products, but it's tuscany - the world hub for veganism

There are loads of vegan places in Florence...
...portion amount? Portion amount? That is a portion?? Sorry, that is just a forkful!! A portion is at least 4 times as much as what you plated!! ;-) Great videos, now I want to go to Italy and try all those places!!
