This is insanely good quality and deserves ALL the views. I can't believe how many vegan options there really are in this region known for using meat and milk products in their most beloved dishes.
Bonajuto = pronounced 'boh-nah -ee-uh-toh'. It's great that there are so many good dishes and vegan versions of typical dishes in Italy!

I think that lemon soda drink is what I had (but they banged it on the counter and it bubbled) is AMAZING and healing after eating too much pasta (although this is not such a thing as too much pasta!)
