Your interpretation and presentation of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is interesting, because I have never seen it "masticated" so slowly. The first part is useful for the intellectually challenged, but the "Applications to Business" are a bit far fetched. Surely, someone with a Bachelor of Business Administration would have other sources to quote.
