Look at the state of the m&s Community. Destroyed a man's love for reading a book. Makes me sick

I’m a metal head and have always been ripped to shreds for loving these guys. Wouldn’t be very metal if I buckled and pretended they weren’t awesome lol.

Same here, brother. Metalhead & love their music. Saw them for my birthday w/ VIP, front row and back stage. They were all super nice guys.

Winston needs to return, his mates need to stand behind him.

@@suckieduckie The band caught flack for being "far right" because Marshall tweeted admiration for the author of a book. Marshall withdrew the tweet and then withdrew from the band. I have no respect for the fans nor for the band who ought to have told them to go pound sand. The author is Andy Ngo and the book exposed Antifa. Andy Ngo does not call himself "far right" and antifa is anything but anti-fascist. Marshall was wise to walk away from their stupidity and lack of spine. You cannot teach a pig to sing.

It’s incredibly frustrating to see Winston leave the band under the circumstances. I saw the outrage first hand on Twitter and it was appalling how quick ‘fans’ were to attack him for simply congratulating Andy Ngo. One thing this video left out was that the far left idiots were sending death threats and seeking to physically harm the gents and their families of Winston didn’t leave. It’s unfortunate. I hope he rejoins and we can all go back to normal

Until recently, I always considered myself to be a hard-core liberal with an entirely reasonable and near zen-like approach to resolving differences. However, almost certainly due to logic and data being deemed completely worthless in this era, my hatred for woke lunatics and their logic free agenda has become visceral. I feel as toddler stroppy and potentially violent as them.

@@blackmore4 I, wholeheartedly agree with your comment. I don't believe there are many "woke lunatics", not nearly what "they" want us to believe. I also believe, the weird thing in the "air" is a complete fabrication, although it's unfortunately working. It's hard to put into words...However, it's as if "they" are attempting to divide everyone on a visceral level. Beyond Orwellian with a huge dose of parathymia. Why, is the real question.

@@blackmore4 Know the feels. If you ask me to make a bunch of policies you'd think I'm left wing, but when I saw how the left treated someone like Jordan Peterson I knew something was wrong.

I love Mumford and Sons. I’ve seen them four times in concert and have purchased three of their albums on Apple Music. It’s so disheartening to me that they turned their back on Winston Marshall. A man they loved and respected. I will never support them ever again…

Winston pull .out himself he resigned. They wanted him to stay. . saying someone is brave for writing a controversial book was true.. Dosen't mea he agrees with what was written. ... I love th m/S way and sounds. have the Delta CD in my car . went the the concert in2019 when i was 71.. My son tookme and my grand daughter. it was a bucket list thing. Im a Kiwi Any way when Covid lets us would love to go to another conce . WOOULD LIKE TO STSRT A BRING BACK WINSTON MARSHALL

@JPS 3B You're spot on. Them not standing firmly behind Marshall was and is outrageous.

Best live band i have ever seen. Made the hair on the back of my neck stand up.

I saw them in 2013 in Calgary and it was unreal.

The band is incredibly talented and I adore the music. However, when Winston (whom I view as a hero) was pretty much forced to leave the band, I tuned out and now follow him all over YT.

I am just very let down that the band is so spinless. I had thought that they all had great values, but if your band mate only gives his honest opinion on something, and he has to leave the band over it, then something is wrong with your ethics, not his. You have to stand for something, especially for your friends and family. I was once fired from a six figure job for taking a harassment issue to the top. I wasn't the one being harassed either, and wasn't friends with the person being harassed. It just got under my skin, and it was wrong. I was a manager, and so was the other guy, so they just fired me. I just left and got another job, but knew it was the right thing to do. How do you turn your back on Winston? They should move on with him, support him, and let it blow over and show their strength and support for each other as a group.

I've listened to a lot of music over the years and i can say these guys bring a refreshing sound to the world!

Stunning and shocking how great they are....even more shocked that they receive disliked criticism of any kind...oh well, can't argue about tastes....but they floor me !

What do I think about Mumford & Sons? They make real music. Modern music is atrocious today, I hope Win joins the band again.

This actually made me like M&S even more, thank you.

Their music's great but if you can still stomach them after their appalling behaviour with throwing a fellow band mate under the bus, you really don't understand friendship or the principles of common decency.

Sigh No More was pretty good. Then "I Will Wait" was drilled into my ears at an alarming rate, and it caused me to become indifferent.

Because they did not support Winston, no one should support these cowards either.

M&S is they're own band not like any other band. If you don't like them move on and shut the gob hole

And Mumford and Sons had no problem using that money to get the band going, but quickly cut him to the curb when it got tough. No values. Not real friends. I can't even imagine how Winston feels. You realize your band mates aren't really true friends, you aren't in a band anymore, etc. He is still a good and talented man. The only one in the group with values.
