Honestly with you pointing out that Luxu probably though Ven was the virus at first, with Ven not being a chosen leader in the first place, and then realizing it was Brain, it kinda makes a lot of sense. Plus it humanizes Luxu and shows even as the inside observer, even he was in the same spot as the audience at some points with his own theories and speculation. Aside from him already questioning the Masters methods in the past. Plus the explanation of the virus mindset, it's just a cherry on top of this awesome video. I had these sort of ideas already but it's different when someone else organizes them and puts their own spin on them.

Honestly Brain is one of my favorite characters in KH just got his cleverness and complexity of his character. He's a fun character to watch. It's like "oh boy what is he planning now". Plus I like to believe as a head canon, as the clever one, Brain was socialy awkward before opening up to Ava (god I love their dynamic since it's like Ava knew how to get his attention and how he ticked) but mainly the other union leaders. He could of easily did his virus role on his own but he just got lucky people like Ephemer and Skuld had a similar mindset to him. That's why he included them in on the plan too. Its like a parallel to Luxus role of see don't touch. It's hinted at that Luxu had a friendly role in the foretellers (based off Invi asking about him during her case) and may have been the original mediator. But since he was told to abandon his friends, while he is clever on his own, I think even he realizes that him and Brain are alike and having friends in the equation equals out their chances of the best possible outcome in the ongoing wars with darkness. Though he is stuck pretty deep in the Masters plan.

If you think about it, without Ventus taking Strelitzia place he would not go to the future and Sora wouldnt be able to yield a keyblade, Ventus also had a great impact on Xehanort life. Also, without Brain's hacking he would never been the ancestor of Eraqus. Ava's virus alterations are like a drop of water in the river, it ripples all the lake through!

Actually Ventus is not the reason Sora can use a keyblade. Namura heard the idea and dismantled it. He is just someone chosen by the keyblade, not someone who was handed it down

Very interesting! I'm 50/50 with Luxu or Ventus being the virus. At this point, Ephemer also could be the virus lol. That one scene with Sora out of nowhere in KH3, Ephemer had the Book at the end KHUx... Who knows what Ephemer did to change stuff on his end based on the Book, maybe he's the reason Sora is still alive. Folks in KH3 kept fussing over Sora is "done for" because he abused da power but he ain't "done done", ya know? Hehe 😁 My crazy thoughts are: MoM knew two things: 1) Luxu's takeover of Brain's body (Gazing eye saw this, thus MoM calling Luxu a traitor for some bizarre reason). 2) Ventus is a vessel for darkness (Ventus name is in the Book, because MoM let Darkness read it). But, MoM didn't know Brain gave the Book to Ephemer (possibly later MoM realized events changed, so MoM meets Xehanort who is a friend to Eraqus). Now, when Brain said Ephemer was "supposed" to get the Book my thoughts were: 1) MoM was circling someone else's name (possibly Strelitzia because she's the one in Quadratum). 2) Brain decided on the solution that Ephemer should get the Book as he has the potential to change their fates somehow (events leading up to Ventus meeting Sora).

The editing on this video made me cry at the end 😭 tysm for making UX theory content, they’re honestly my favorite!

I’ve watched so many KH theory videos and played KHUX, how did I miss Brain being the virus! It seems so obvious now that you said it. Great work!

This whole video made me support another certain theory about Sora and The Master of Masters...And it has to do with Sora truly being possibly the "Master of Masters" himself, when Sora is talking with Xehanort about who is to lead the people away from darkness and dictate the people's destiny, yet Sora says "that is not for him to decide", and i get the feeling without realizing it Sora was going to be the one to dictate their destiny so that darkness has no sway ever and the only person known to have done that was The Master of Masters, also sora mentioned the same thing to Xehanort about the whole "a real leader knows that destiny is beyond his control" and the master of masters says the same thing when talking to Ira "Do you really think you can change their future or (fate or destiny)" whichever one of those words he said, its almost close to the same thing Sora said to Xehanort.

Honestly now, after looking at the bigger picture and how you showed the chirithy scene and Sora next to Xehanort and Sora scene... Can't help but see the hypocrisy in Sora as a character now. Going to be interesting to see how this next saga plays out. Changing history, if that's what he's really doing, never has good consequences.

Union x was such a great game, and its ending so depressing. I just hope somewhere along the line the Dandelions get a happy ending.

Your theory kinda makes sense. What is interesting here : luxu and brain seem to make a bargain with each other. And as we know, luxu is supposed to be the traitor. So does it mean the mom know the whole thing about brain/virus ?
