VERY clear and insightful. I appreciate your example with the AnitLehiNephites.They wanted to support others, a good thing,, but keeping covenants was more important. Compassion is a marvelous and righteous thing but that does not mean it is ok to break covenants. When someone is sinning we have compassion for them but that does not mean we need to support their sinning. Like the woman taken in sin, Jesus had compassion for her but also told her to sin no more.

We don't currently have official transcripts for the Unfolding Restoration, but if you are on a computer or smart phone, you can tap the '...' next the the 'Save+' button, then there should be an option that says 'Open Transcript' and you will have access to KZread's auto-generated Transcript. Though it may not be perfect! We hope that helps you!

What about ministering sisters saying to those they minister to that they’ve had a revelation telling them what the sister they minister to is supposed to do (about a personal life decision)? And what about parents saying the same thing for their adult children (the parent is in their 70s & the “child” is in their 40s and well established)? What’s the stewardship guidance there?

I'm no expert, but I would think no on the ministering sister one. With the parents of adult children, I would think maybe but the adult child should probably be able to seek and receive a confirmation. Just my thoughts. I could be wrong.

Personal revelation is only good if it's hand in hand with the scriptures. If you're receiving personal revelation that's concert scripture you better check yourself. False doctor
