OC is very good against Sweat Lords also, many time I cashed in the open map objectives in the mists with them trying to dismount on me but running away after seeing my OC or they just panic and start making mistakes. 🔝

For sure! It's one of the extra tools the common man has against the juicers. And they can't just carelessly match the OC as to not risk trashing their 8.3 or such.

Best way is to have your own guild. you can store them in guild tab then you can take them depending on the situation.(ofc this is for solo players)

Are you sure that this is best? I understand that there's a benefit to it but I don't like having to do the extra clicks in a pvp situation for the sake of sometimes occasionally saving an inventory slot and 100k. Maybe there's something there that I'm missing though.

Hello. Can you give any advice in the spear vs dual swords matchup ? I feel like I immediately lose after any mistake, while the dual swords just statcheck by facerolling. I play stalker hood, fire shield jaket and cripple on W.

Hey! You are not alone. Dual swords can feel oppressive. After trying different approaches, I came to the conclusion that I win fights vs duals if I'm able to dodge their E at least once (and preferably also one of the W). I usually run cripple and if they hit me with 2 E-s (if roughly same IP), I prepare to cripple their boots and reset the fight. Another thing I've noticed is that usually it favors me to create a long drawn out fight and not try to finish it early.

@@VicZaneGaming The main problem that makes it difficult to win is the cooldown rate on duals E is way too fast. Because it’s not so easy to exchange my E for their E, i don’t want to take an omelette(Casting speed on omelette feels like stat loss). Maybe there is some good option for replacing the gear, which will make life easier against dual swords?

OC has the coolest animation in the game😂

the option to not overcharge a certain piece of gear in my experience has only been useful for when i dont want to overcharge a nice awakened weapon ive put a lot of effort into.

Awakened weapons cannot be overcharged anyway even if you don't change the settings. But perhaps your logic does somewhat apply if somebody uses a weapon which is considerably more expensive that the rest of their equipment.

I am thinking about it! Thank you for showing interest :) For the moment, KZread fits into my schedule much better than livestreaming would but i'm considering both!

The OC on certain parts is for awaken weapon i think Even if you win the fight, the risk of trashibg the hard-grind awaken weapon is hurt as f and could even cost you a whole set

But awakened weapons cannot be overcharged anyways. Your logic could still apply if somebody's regular weapon is considerably more expensive than the rest of the set i suppose but i haven't seen anybody use it that way.

It's gotten a bit pricey but if you're not in a guild I'd recommend opening up a guild just for yourself. Besides things like the guild island then you can withdraw essence from the guild fund.

Yeah I've seen some players use that but I don't think it's worth it for 99% of people including myself. Having to do the extra clicks in a PvP situation feels to me like a bigger burden than the benefit of one extra inventory slot and potentially saving 100k occasionally. I wonder if there's more to it that I've missed.

​@VicZaneGaming solo players used to make guilds for themselves to make siphoned energy and transport to cearleon to sell (storing in the guild fund and transporting to cearleon tthru the boat guy), its nerfed now so its not really profitable plus its harder to grind season points solo now (used to be easy). And the guild island to make farms and etc (when guild island used to be 100k or 500k forgot the number)

You would disable overcharge on weapon if you are using an attuned weapon I think. Thats what it is used for

That sort of analysis is absolutely coming. I've had some good carving fights recently which will definitely make their way into some of the next videos! I feel like carving is very strong for mists due to its versatility but specifically against 1h spear it's a nice 50/50 matchup. And thank you :)

thoughts on 1h cursed staff..is it good for pure 1v1 pvp?

I don't think it's good for a pure 1v1. It will usually only beat new players because experienced players will either have a relatively easy fight if they have a good counter (guardian helmet, mistwalker jacket or something to easily dodge E) or if they don't counter you they will just easily avoid fighting and you don't have mobility to catch them.

Take into account these things: First - do you want to have an option to use the jackets' special ability? Stalker, Tenacity, Assassin, Mercenary, Mistwalker - all can be really useful situationally due to their special ability. Second - some jackets give you +30% to all damage, some +25% and some +20%. The ones that give less damage will have slightly higher resistances. I think the extra damage is worth more so I choose between the +30% ones (assassin, specter, tenacity or mistwalker). Third - the prices of specific jackets in the city and server where you are buying. Make sure to consider the IP since artifact items will start out a bit higher than non-artifact ones. As an example, I usually buy Specter Jacket out of habit because it used to be very cost-efficient when I played on West. But on EU, I've noticed that sometimes Tenacity costs a bit less.

Both cripple and deflect are viable W options against duals. When rewatching my own fights, I realised that if duals hit all their skills then there is pretty much no winning and it's better to reset. I think you need to dodge at least some of their E-s and W-s in order to win. Their merc jacket heal will also play an important role. If you don't have a direct counter for it (assassin's jacket, mistwalker jacket or a purge) then you need to have at least something ready against it (for example E to space and try to kite it out).

I would pick whichever feels more fun to you since both are good for mists pvp. However, currently Carving sword is so incredibly strong that if you like it, it's a great time to play it! It's also fun because you can fight anybody and most matchups will be skill-based.

When cursed staff mfs overcharge, Im getting out of there asap even if I have 8.3

Pop OC like candy. Most of the time nothing breaks for me lol
