We topped off our trip in AK with a seafood boil. Went to a seafood wholesale place got the goods, so cheap. Picked up the corn taters and lemons and shipped up a seasoning packet before we got there. I think it cost $90-$100 to feed 10 people and we found a full tray in the morning in the oven, someone must have wanted to keep it warm. We eat great the whole trip, I flew up 100 wings and a full ribeye ( 3 dinners out of that loin ) I even flew up Nathans hotdogs. Every meal was just awesome.

That andouille looked perfect. Being a bit of a corn snob, it’s either in season or frozen. Not a fan of the shucked and packaged stuff but guess it depends where you’re getting it. But corn on the cob cooks in about 3-5 minutes in boiling water, yet most seafood boils leave it in for 15 minutes or more. Ruined.

Fantastic video as always, in the uk our river systems have been overrun with signal crayfish which is an invasive species. You can apply for a pot license from the environment agency for next to nothing and you’re actually doing a favour for the rivers. Would love to see a uk version of a crawfish boil. 🫡🍻🍻

@@WilsonsBBQ from what I’ve read they are in pretty much every river in the uk, the license is free from the environment agency, the reason being is they want you to know the difference between the native crayfish and the invasive crayfish so you can put the good ones back. kzread.info/dash/bejne/fnWg26meZsyrhtI.htmlsi=CgRSglWxS7A9ImUg This video explains pretty much everything. Best of luck
