This looks decent, a fair bit of work, but looks like the pay off is worth it. I commend you for looking to introduce more detailed recipes (South American inspired seems to be a theme?) whilst still putting your own (bbq) twist to them. Have followed the bbq channels for years it does seem the area is becoming a little samey - theres only so many ways you can smoke brisket / ribs / pulled pork hey... well done for keeping things fresh and not just rehashing the same cooks time and again like many others seem to do. Keep up the good work and ill Look forward to seeing whats next 😊

I enjoy your channel mate. I'm in Orlando Florida and I do a little bit of barbecuing myself. I learned about your channel from watching Chud's BBQ on youtube. I appreciate what you guys do! In my opinion rice never belongs in a burrito. I feel like restaurants use it as a filler. Sometimes I like beans on my burrito and sometimes I prefer the beans and rice to be on the side. Once again that's just my opinion. Cook on mate! 🍻

Looks great! The best burrito I ever had was at some small place in Chicago. My Spanish speaking friend insisted that I drink agua fresca to wash it down. This type of drink created the perfect counter balance. I highly recommend never having a burrito without it! Keep up the great content!👍

Great work! I lived off burritos many summers on the Mexican border and eat them often here in Texas. We call them tacos, but I know places in Mexico that even call them burritos. It’s awesome see you do these cooks all the way across the ocean. Keep it up, really enjoy your content and watching your bbq journey.

Love the technique on the carnitas. So after the pork is tender, you just remove foil and cook uncovered at 275° F for the last hour and it crisps up nicely at that temp correct?

Sorry, I may not have been clear. I meant to say that I much prefer basmati over regular long grain rice. I think it suits the burrito better. Long grain kinda reminds me of when you buy a shitty burrito at a festival or something.

I’d like to know more about the flavour profiles of the different types of chilli you use, eg, heat, flavour, etc. Also, have you tried The Sauce Shop “Original Hot Sauce”?
