It’s intuition, the body knows. I am starting to learn that myself.
Jan. 14 - after trying everything, I tried your exercise for the last couple of days. Immediate improvement and I was able to get back in the gym for other leg exercises. Thanks.

@@Rise4L The groin pull has subsided, but for those reading this, needs constant care via exercise and stretching. I discovered that my pull was the result of my not attending to (strengthening) surrounding muscle groups. Doing that work took the weight off of my groin so it could heal properly. I'm not a doctor but I play one on TV. 🙃
Wow my hip mobility was awful. I needed this
I had been having left hip flexor pain every time I squatted for the past few weeks. Figured it might be because of tight hips. I tried this routine out for the first time before my squats and they were completely pain free. Thank you so much

so you just did it right before squats and ypu could do them painfree at the same weight?
This has helped me to relieve pain from my sciatic nerve 💯 helps alot
Nothing like loosing the ability to run pain free and then getting that back. It’s life changing.
Let me just say, the glute squeeze before leaning into the stretch is clutch.
This man is a legend - instead of spending loads of money on a physio, his videos helped diagnose and effectively treat my minor injury. Top man!
How much does it cost to get diagnosed by this guy
I also do this daily . Thanks to this channel . My mobility is slowly getting better .

Opening your hips is almost guaranteed to take stress off of the lower back. Speaking from personal experience and research. Hope this helps.

Such a great warmup before lifting. Cheers

This is sick. Amazing stuff
I've been having the same kind of problem for months. Tried right now, incredible improvement. You're a wizard 🧙🤗
This guy’s videos are some of the very best things on KZread. I ❤️ him!
I swear. In love with this exercise.
I tried this for the first time before leg day yesterday and my squats felt better than they have in ages
Can’t wait to try this tomorrow and going forward. I have the same exact problem Sam has. THANK YOU!
I just started following because you give free tips to help improve/correct discomfort during workouts.

You’re a hero!!!
Incredible I need to try this
Definitely trying this today
Hey coach! Do you have a regression of this movement? Some of my clients do not have the ability to kneel on the ground
Man been fighting this for years!!! Gotta try this out
I feel the shift affecting the knee with contact on the ground and not the one in the direction of the shift. Any tips?
Goldmine of knowledge
Always include the stability work. Mobility without stability = pain and tightness.
Nice one lad
We can't let him go away with this, every time.....!!!
Cossack squats are nice too
Love this tried yesterday one day helps with the tightness
Is there some other exercise you can do if you have bad knees? I'm older. ❤
What is your profession and how do I find someone in my area?
Good vide what song is that at the beginning?
Will this also strengthen your hips?

Is this routine meant to be a pre-leg day warm up or should this be a focused workout with working sets on its own?
I need to do this, my right hip is so worse compared to my left. Any tips of something to use at home if you don't have actual weights?
Would this help with sciatic pain?
Do you have any suggestions for the outside of the hip? Inside feels great after this. Outside still kills me sometimes.
My physical therapist recommened me this but I always get a pain feeling in my glutes when doing this. Any tips?
Will this stretch help SHS?
I do this because I noticed it helped stretch out my hips, I had no idea it was an actual technique 😲
How much kettle weight to start with?
I get pain in my glutes when doing this, any advice for that?
Can confirm also on the right track now! 🤙👌 thanks lol
I noticed you had him stretch his left inner thigh. But what will that stretch on the right leg as he stretches the left inner thigh?
Can you do this with out a kettle bell?
I need your help!!
thanks❤
Is this OK to do before Squats or better for after? (Worried about static stretching before)
She got me feelin funny
Can I do it with a Dumbbell?
I love this for my one side but when my right leg is on the ground I get a shooting pain from my glute to my back and inner hip socket
Are this and others advices in the squad bible? I have been thinking about buying it
Do i do this on both sides or only on the tight side?😅
Which glute should u squeeze?

Can you please show how to fix Achilles and shin pain
@busyrand
Жыл бұрын
From experience... Barefoot running [in minimalist shoes] and ice massage from foot to knees cured mine over years... Achilles will benefit from all thing foot mobility, and foot strengthening [especially the toes... Elevated calf raises where you rise up on the toes will be huge for you, as well as duck walks].
Kettlebell is the way , wish I realized sooner
Sorry, I'm distracted he's barefooted walking around that building
Can someone plz tell me what does "opening up you hips" ?

I want to increase height for roundhouse kick as well as better stability and strength for compound lifts ie squat and deadlift. I also find my right leg wants move closer to my left when I am just standing and my right foot walks on the outside of the foot. Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Is this good for groin strains?
@mightymight365

If you strained your groin, it means you overstretched it (probably a weakness there). Never stretch or massage strains. Rest and ice the first 48 hours, and continue with heat after 48. Now this is great for preventing groin strains.
