Today, I'm going to share the best remedy for dry hands. It's important to keep in mind that everything you put on your skin gets absorbed into the bloodstream and goes to the liver.
You need to make sure everything you put on your skin is safe. Many personal care products and even tap water contain chemicals that deplete vitamins and are harsh to the skin.
There are friendly (non-harmful) microbes that live on your skin, which are essential for your skin and your health. It's vital to have a healthy environment for the microbes on your skin.
Your skin's pH is acidic, and if your pH becomes more alkaline, many different problems can occur. So, it's important to make sure what you put on your skin won't mess with your skin's pH.
It's also important to focus on your diet and what's going on internally with your body to help fix different problems that are happening externally. Lowering your carbs and doing intermittent fasting is a great place to start.
How to fix dry hands:
1. Avoid things that make them dry (like petroleum-based lotions)
2. Put fat-soluble vitamins back into the hands (vitamin A, D, E, and K)
3. Don't continually kill the friendly microbes on your skin without giving them time to replenish
The best home remedy for dry hands:
Ingredients
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. (14g) raw honey (preferably manuka honey)
2 tbsp. (26g) extra virgin olive oil
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and apply the mixture to your hands. Leave the mixture on your hands for 20 minutes, and then wash your hands. It's best to do this two times a week, right before you go to bed.

I would like to add another tip that I use daily: After washing hands with soap spray them with vinegar or lemon juice (to reset the pH balance). Apple cider vinegar is best but I just use standard clear distilled malt vinegar to keep the costs down. Lemon juice makes your hands smell lovely and you can just use the long life stuff in the bottle and keep it way beyond the expiry date as you're not going to be consuming it.

Now, that might be because even back then I suffered from immune and autoimmune disorders. But after that era, I found that the more expensive pharmaceutical and beauty products DID work for me. "Pharm" at that time is nowhere near what Big Pharma is today (thank God), and I have some of the past issues better in hand (I suppose), so I would be willing to give these kind of remedies a second chance.

I was brought up to always keep vaseline in the house but heard Dr Berg and other doctors say this was harmful so I stopped using it. I switch to vitamin E oil but hated the way my hands looked. I have always had old looking hands even in my 20's because I refused to use gloves when cleaning with bleach and other cleaning solvents . I wear gloves now to protect my hands . I have been using this remedy for 2 weeks and I couldn't believe the drastic change in my hands . I'm no longer embarrassed of my hands anymore. I wash frequently amd empathize with you but surprised the medical professionals still use alcohol and antibacterial gels and antibacterial soaps that dry skin..break down skin..cause sores and allow introduction of bacteria when science has proven that plain soap and water work just as well and do not compromise the skin. I have worked in kindergarten classes where misinformed germophobic teachers force small children to apply large amounts of antibacterial gel to their hands up to 8 times a day. This was long before covid. Asking them to wash with soap and water at sink after bathroom and before meals is all they need. Those kids also absorbed all that alcohol into their little bodies all day everyday through their skin and mouth since their hands are in mouth a lot..that cannot be good.

Random Skin Tips: To soften my hands and skin I first exfoliate w/salt and lemon or sugar and lemon and then rinse. Next, I really massage in avocado and/or honey and then after a few minutes I rinse and moisturize. Everything I do to my face and neck, I do to my hands. I carry a small glass spray bottle of olive or avocado oil as moisturizer, when I'm out and about. Only applying to damp/wet skin. I use a shower filter called Water Stick. And for moisturizing all of my skin I use a mix of mainly coconut oil (it's super hydrating) and then some olive or avocado oil (for the nutrients). In the Wintertime I add Shea Butter to protect my skin from the harsh elements. Also, I only apply the mix of oils/butter on damp/wet skin! I exfoliate my skin with a body brush every other day and I exfoliate with the sugar/salt once a week. I prefer pink salt, but any salt does the trick! If it helps, I'm known for soft skin 😂 Also, I have a friend with SUPER SOFT hands, she told me that every night she slathers her hands in Vitamin E oil and puts on these special gloves.

You should try a hand sanitizer from the heath food store. Do not ever use the regular one. This is probably asking the impossible, but there is something in that stuff which causes horrific side effects. I used it consistently for a week and had non stop migraines (which I've never had). They went away as soon as I switched to a natural sanitizer.
