    What types of punches are parries better for? When I've seen fights where an opponent came at another fighter with aggressive charging punches that fighter would use some type of shield defense. Would parrying be effective for those wild aggressive punches?

    Dope, I want to see more. Maybe I can splurge for the combined instructional one day even though I don't train striking. I just like to learn and would like to train striking someday if I can get that sorted. Currently, a BJJ purple belt but been out of training for a bit for a couple reasons that I'm looking to remedy sooner than later. Peace!
