You know, it's kinda funny that you post this the day of my graduation.
For the parents: If it ain't iced out you are not proud
I believe that the best graduation gift that a parent can give to their watch fanatic child is an heirloom watch. No matter it's price, the sentimental value and the responsibility to keep it safe would mean more to me. Hope my parents read that 😂. I am graduating in four months.
Im 18 and deciding to buy myself an Omega Speedmaster 3572.50 to commemorate highschool graduation. I’ve been into watches and horology since I was 13 so I’m very happy and fortunate to buy something of this caliber with my own funds.
I think the 38mm Hamilton Khaki Automatic on bracelet is a stellar HS grad gift. It’s sporty enough to do it all. The black dial and styling is dressy enough to pass formally. It’s a perfect all rounder for a young adult.
When I graduated my dad got me a Tissot PR100 auto. My first decent watch
Imagine how warped your perception has to be to think you played a role in the renaissance of a classic like the Rolex Datejust! 😂
parents bought me PRX ice blue when I got into med school. I'll by myself a speedy when I graduate
As someone who bought my first Rolex in high school and received one for graduation. I would NOT buy your kid one for graduation. If your kid is into watches let him save up and get a Rolex on his own, it will be a sweet victory. Buying my first Rolex was a huge accomplishment for me and receiving things without working for them is unsatisfying.
Right? Right? Right? Right? Right? Right?
Lol @ Christian cosplaying as the bumper of a lifted F150 with Mississippi plates.
I put both my boys thru college - both graduated debt free.
Been loving these new episodes but can we get some Sam as well. His excitement for every watch is so pure and honest
This may be one of the best episodes with some of the best messages articulated in quite some time - a must watch and a real listen! It's an amazing hobby and couldn't agree more that there are worse "problems" to have 👏😂🤙Congrats to all the grads out there!
A clear response to the comments of the previous video. Fair play.
Love

Best graduation watch: platinum Daytona, heavy, but understated.
Great advice with the vintage omega 👍👍👍👍👍
