Zacian is better off with Snarl/Close Combat/Wild Charge to deal with a multitude of types while Reshiram needs Draco Meteor instead of Overheat to get that extra boom. And strangely enough Poliwrath is just fine like that.

Those battles were so much fun.

So um resisted IH does the same damage on Politwrath as it does on Metagross, Poliwrath is thick for that CP disadvantage

That final Poliwrath sacrifice reminds me of the anime Golisopod’s emergency exit swapping Scizor into Torrecat’s flamethrower 😂 pour one out

I like waterfall gyra dfor those pesy ground types lol Groudon can't do anything to it. Can literally 0 shield farm it down, unless you get that one spicy player running solar beam....that one hurts a bit😅

They are using 2 budget mons, and the fact that mamo was their best response to zacian, their third is probably a budget mon, and a mon weak to zacian

Snarl has better energy gen, but I almost always run quick attack. Better damage, and 2 turn is better than 3 turn

I hope one day as they add more Pokémon that get into the 4000cp range with Zygarde etc… that Niantic will add a new league or cup with max 3500cp. There are a lot of Pokémon that couod do much better if the max was 3500cp. This could also allow for More time with Megas with no CP limit.
