Also I know it’s hindsight, but at 7:25 I think if you threw the Icy Wind as soon as you got it, it would either mean the counters do less damage and you might KO with the Powder Snow, or the opponent thinks they need to throw energy on the Avalugg which would mean you farm down with resisted counters. But man close game Henry and awesome video!

That metagross catch by the opponent used your own advantage into his own advantage winning him the game. What a play

Didn’t have to commit the full charge on the attack though. Just letting it through on nice might have given enough time farm some charge by not KO’ing

Cool I have this exact team almost all perfect IVs and already leveled up except for 3 more levels on the golisopod

This team looks like a lot of fun. Love the look of the master league premier cup, but I am just SO far off all of these pokemon at level 50, it just ruins the whole cup as the matchups are just crazy if you're not at the right level.

They add lots of new animations but remove the best one of old ones. 😭

The very interesting thing is that counter+ice punch+shadow ball is literally un-wallable, annihilape with that moveset will always have a source of damage in every matchup

The boost doesn't always get you the win. Poor Henry got betrayed by night slash 😂

Any reasonable replacement for the Hisuian Avalugg on this team? Maybe Mamo?

@7:03 why did you full-send the shadow ball? It takes 8 bullet punches for Metagross to get to a move and your ape resists them. If you undercharged (and got a little lucky) you could have put him 5 or so counters away from a farm down and get a night slash or shadow ball.

Anihilape doesnt resits bullet punch, its actually neutral damage

He literally says in the same match that he was unfamiliar with the boosted damage, usually that would have been a good farm down range there

I mean...my question is still "Why full-send the shadow ball?" Resisted damage from bullet punch or not, I think the play is to get as much farm back as possible

You should do a video revolving around Golisipod in master. I feel like it is the best Pokémon in the cup!!!! Pvpoke says it’s ranked 24 but MAN it’s gotten me out of many sticky situations!!!

Uninstall and then reinstall the game. It usually fixes all gbl errors
