We really just have one goal - to make your food life better. Ok that, and be entertained at the same time. And have you learn a few things along the way. So let’s make it 3 goals then.
If you only want the steps to make something, like those vids shot from above with no people, no conversation no nuthin - then we are absolutely not for you. But if you wanna a little fun while you learn, then this is the place.
Cooking doesn’t have to be hard, it just has to be delicious.

THANK YOU ❗️

Sam, my dad passed away 7 years ago at age 71. When he was alive, every Thanksgiving, he would whip up a batch of his famous Bloody Marys for the family, with a magical touch of ingredients, some of which you show here. For many years I would watch over his shoulder to see how he "got it right " every time. He made them by "feel". I haven't mastered it like my dad, nor will I ever, but watching you put this concoction of love and affection together, brought that moment back of my Dad at Thanksgiving and his best God damn Bloody Marys ever. Thanks for reliving my Dad's moment for me!! John

Add another element to your Bloody Mary. :Smoke! When you smoke something next, add an aluminum tray of ice. Ice, not water, it will become water. 30-60 minutes in your smoker, then take it out and pour it into an ice tray and place in your freezer. This is a truck that I’ve learned from competition BBQers for their Bloody Mary at the end of the day.

This looks delicious! As much as I love bloody Mary’s whenever I visit the U.S. I do prefer a Caesar when I come home to Canada! I recommend Extreme Beans if you can find them. Pickled green beans in a spicy brine (everything you need is in there). If you need an immediate dose of the hair of the dog, just make it with vodka, worcherstershire, a big splash of the extreme bean brine, Clamato, and garnish with a bean! It is incredibly simple and fast!

lovemesomeslippers Clamato is a product of Motts Food, a Canadian company., I live in a border city , on the Northern Michigan border. As the Cesar trend became popular in the 1970’s and we Canadians dined and drank across the border in our neighbouring US cities, some bars began serving Cesar’s using Motts ClamatoJuice, that they could buy across the border, cities like Detroit, Buffalo, Port Huron, Niagra Falls,NY, etc...other companies began producing a knock off Clam/Tomato juice but could not call it Clamato, but none match the original. It was and always will be the Canadian drink. Motts makes applesauce, canned Tomato products, and Clamato Juice...🇨🇦

the most commonly accepted theory is that the Bloody Mary was born at Harry's American Bar in Paris in the 1920s, spurred by the arrival of the first tins of tomato juice from the United States, according to Dale DeGroff in "The Craft of the Cocktail". Vodka was relatively new in Paris at the time, thanks to Russian emigres fleeing the Bolshevik revolution, and bartenders were mixing it with just about anything. The man credited with the drink's invention is Harry's bartender Ferdinand Petiot. When Petiot crossed the Atlantic in the 1930s to run the King Cole Bar in the St. Regis Hotel in New York City, he made a few changes to his creation. He used gin, according to DeGroff, because vodka was not yet available in the United States. And he renamed the drink the Red Snapper because the term "Bloody Mary" wasn't deemed acceptable at the time. When the drink flipped back to vodka, it resumed its original name. That name may have blue-blooded roots (the English Tudor queen) or a more blue-collar origin (a Harry's regular named Mary). Another theory appeared in The Chronicle's 1975 obituary for Petiot: An American entertainer who sampled the cocktail at Harry's said it reminded him of a Chicago club called the Bucket of Blood. Over time, the basic recipe has evolved to include vodka, tomato juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, lime or lemon juice, celery salt and black pepper, with Tabasco sauce optional. Just as coffee can run the gamut from black to caramel-mocha-frappa-whappa, the Bloody Mary is prone to variation. These include the Bloody Caesar (made with clam juice), Bloody Maria (tequila), Bloody Bull (beef bouillon), and others made with beer and sake.

Got to use original V8 juice... Salt, lil pepper, and MAYBE a dash of Tabasco or Crystal if you like some spice, then garnish with a celery stick is THE PERFECT simple Bloody Mary anyone will love... nothing like a couple bloody Mary’s in the afternoon to pregame with or the day after a rough night to nurse a hangover...

That's at least a $120 dink/meal. It's at least 4 bloody mary's, all the other stuff plus shrimp and lobster, come on, 50? you're dreaming... 4 people walk into a bar and order BMs and other bar snackages - that's at least at least 30 bucks a pop IF you're lucky, proly more (at least where I live). Just do some math... ❤️🐾

This is some of the most egregious grilling I've ever seen. That lobster tail will be so rubbery you could sell it as a bouncy ball. The shrimp will be equally as terrible. If he had known, the fisherman that caught those shellfish would have rather sailed into Hurricane Katrina than sell "Sam" his shellfish. The "cooking guy" should be absolutely ashamed, and I fully expect a complete and sincere apology regarded his mistreatment towards shellfish. Best regards, Anyone who has grilled before.
