A Ukrainian here. Watched it in one go and got 15 out of 20, the wrong ones were for Tasmania (I've misread capital for "largest", how silly is that?), the snake question, the aboriginal people, bloody snag and I've also picked "boomerang" instead of "kangaroo".

18/20 - got tripped on the pre-colonial languages and how long the country has been inhabited pre-colonial times, lowballing myself on them as neither were really covered in primary or secondary school before I finished Yr10 up back in '03. Had a portion of Year 9 Australian History covering the 1975 Double Dissolution, but not much about the caretakers of the land before Cook.

Actually many linguists believe there was 500 possibly 700 Languages in Australia before colonisation but now we just have less then 200 spoken in this country and we also have up to 100 possibly more dormant languages which I hope that they will be revitalised and be spoken once again.

Hey, mate. I’m curious about one thing. Is there a native English accent with rhotic r and true t i.e. which pronounces the word water with both 'true t' and 'rhotic r'? Obviously, I couldn't find one but have seen some people do this, which is possibly an influence of American and British or sth like that. Would you happen to know if there was such an accent?
