I use to own and operate my own company in RE 15 yrs ago. I gave it up after a cancer scare. Now I’m back, after losing our son 4 years ago and now my husband is testing to be put on a heart transplant list. I told him it’s time to retire and let me pay the bills. I was killing myself doing door dash! I felt God calling me back to RE. My mindset is stronger than it’s ever been. I’m grateful to have come across you. I was just re licensed last Friday. Here I go!

What hit me hardest was the social media revelation that big followings don't translate into big leads. TREAT SOCIAL LIKE A BUSINESS CARD. 👏

Tina, got to tell you, I've watched a lot of your stuff, and I've failed so bad the last 2 years, I had to get a full time job in corporate sales. Trying to get back to full time realtor as soon as I can close 6 deals. This video reignited my inspiration. Core value is financial and time freedom. Failed for so long, it's hard not to lose hope..... As bad as it sounds, you get used to losing. Then breaking through to winning again starts looking like an improbable task. Appreciate the inspiration. 🙏

Every brokerage should have collateral for you. You simply say "Mr/Mrs Seller, it sounds like we may not be a good fit at this time due to a/b/c. I feel it's best we cancel this appt and you look for someone who could better serve you :)

A lot of different resources out there like Mojo as well as the two you list here. I would say start with what works for your 2024 budget and do it for at least 90 days straight. BUT, you have to REALLY commit to the process and stick to it to actually understand if it's a tool/resource that works for you!
