I used to have a friend of a friend that worked at Tinder. He told me how the algo would be rigged against people and would most likely match people who were more looking for something casual. The reason is because if someone is looking for a long term relationship, they won't be back on the app soon. While someone looking for casual stuff would come back later on. That's why these dating apps are not the most optimal solution at all.

I've tried it all. The real life interacting as well as the dating apps. None of it works. The best way to find a woman is either through friends, college/university or work. Going out there as a lone wolf to try and hustle a girl is just going to make you look like a predator. Same thing with those lousy dating apps, unless your like buddy said, 6'3 and look like don juan with a masters degree and your own business.

So is it over for me as I have no social life? I am a 22 year old guy who never had a girlfriend before and I feel the FOMO so much. I hardly get matches on dating apps and even if I get one, I get ghosted most of the time and 2 of my crushes in my college too rejected me few months ago. I also chat with some girls on Instagram whom I knew in high school days and they are all 19-22 year olds now but most of them ended up ghosting me too except like 4 girls and only one sweet girl who is 20 year old is nice and flirty to me. We were in the same school too but now in different colleges in the same city and we send each other virtual hugs and she calls me cute but she said she is already in a relationship but idk whether she lied about it because she is still being flirty to me.

This is sadly the ultimate the black pill. Playing with Fire did a video recently walking around in public asking people how they met....out of the 25 or so couples he interviewed I don't think a single one met through cold approach. Hell, not even one from a bar. This is I think the problem with a lot of red pill that tell guys they will be in their prime when they are 35. But let's be real...by then your friend group is smaller, more people in your place of work might be married, and you're around fewer women than you were in college. At that point your best solution is to probably go abroad.

Thanks for remembering me again why I deleted it , it's not just that is a really bad way of meeting a partner, but at least for me it also came with negative side effects like getting addictied / checking the notifications multiple times a day, wasting time swiping but rarely getting likes/matches and not even getting replies on most of them, and having negative feelings because of all that

I'm an older guy of 42. I'm not interested in 'hot girls': I just want someone average looking. My problem is even though I am average for my age, average women aren't interested in me. So I get no messages, and obviously no dates on whatever dating app I am on. Another problem I have is my so called 'matches'. They're always very obese women with tattoos and over the age of 60. I play sports, work out, and eat healthily. I'm not interested in sitting on a sofa eating hamburgers with overweight women, so how come they're my 'matches'. In the last year of so I've resigned to being single. No point looking anymore.

You're a good looking guy. Find a regular karaoke venue, get up and actually sing. Just be yourself and be confident and happy onstage, even if your singing sucks. Even if you're the most terrible singer in the world, you'll get noticed by women. Even better, they announce everyone's name when they get up to sing thereby eliminating that awkwardness of having to ask. Go for two or three weeks to the same venue and see if the same people are turning up each week. If it turns out that the venue has lots of transients, not many regulars, or they're not the kind of people you like, move on to another one until you find the places the karaoke regulars are at. You can get to know the hosts and ask directly about whether they get lots of the same people following them and what other venues they host, widening your options in the process. Just FYI, lots of karaoke people aren't there to drink and smoke. They go to sing and you'll find lots of healthy people with interests like yours in places you wouldn't expect. Be ready to be ignored by most people for the first couple of weeks. They're sizing you up, seeing if you are a decent person, just like you are doing with them. Just take your time and enjoy the venue and having a sing. The key is keep on turning up, keep on getting up and having a go. Within two to four weeks, people will start coming up to talk to you and at least half of them will be females. You will also be able to vet out the ones who have red flags while discovering many nice ones, before you ever make a move. You're welcome.

Cold approaching has about a 2-7% chance of just getting a phone number, and a 1% chance of getting a date/second date. Many cold approaching experts on reddit forums would agree. Like all companies, they're not there to help you or even be useful, they're there to make money. And if you find a match and start dating, you're off their app and stop paying or viewing ads. It is in their interest for you NOT to succeed. The apps suck for everybody, but in different ways. Just don't use them.

  • @Jagdoom

I have this weird belief that they could technically even unmatch a perfect match for you, since that would mean you're gone off their app. What could prevent them from doing that since they own the business? Perhaps it's coping, but who really knows what they could do with their algorithm...Instead they could show you all the matches from women you don't really like and that's going down many points well below your own looks. 😂. Because in real life I've had more success dating at least girls at my own level looks-wise.

To make things worse and something I hardly see others mentioned, a significant majority of the "females" I matched with ended up wanting to sell some financial product, or service, or persistently asking to invest in some sort of scheme or trading platform and as soon as I make it known I have ZERO interest in such a scheme, the other party invariably loses interest in continuing the conversation or getting to know me. I was planning to try it to test my luck as I have been single from childhood but now I won't after watching this. Also, I'm 28 years old man and a programmer by profession. An average looking guy. I do get well paid. I don't drink and smoke. A complete introvert (no close friends and no gf experience). Tried to mix with people but suffered failure there as well as they don't like "Nice" people. No girls/women were interested in me. I have already given up and happy as single. But deep down still keeping that hope alive. But the probability looks 0. Lets see what happens whatever is decided in faith will accept happily without asking any questions.

I'd say the biggest piece of data that you missed out is women swipe left on 90% of profiles anyways and that includes a lot of attractive looking guys. But yes I'd say the 3 keys to success... 1. Visible Abs (women are more forgiving of 1 or 2 selfies if you have visible abs), 2. Have photos that show off an attractive lifestyle (ie not videogames, gym selfies, and fish photos), 3. A square jaw line and clean shave haircut. Most men on Tinder have 0/3 and it won't matter how much they pay the app, they will still receive a lot of left swipes. But if they boost enough, like spending $400 a month boosting they might find someone worthwhile. Yeah I'd recommend don't swipe until after you've boosted.

Hey Jack, cool video! I agree with everything about your perspective on dating apps. Aside from that, I have a suggestion. You should do videos of your subscribers trying do the same thing as you do in your previous videos. Seeing you rizz up is cool, but it would be even cooler if you film regular people doing approaches as examples, like how Social Animal does because it helps us relate much easier with the failures and success which also encourages us to practice with approaches. So far your videos are examples of you doing approaches which doesn't help much because we can't relate to your successes. If it were a series of average folks who have no game but then getting good reception and numbers from women in the end, that is a good influence to us because it shows that if other average or even sub-average guys can do it, then so can we. Social Animal does subscribers challenges of all demographics whether it age, race, or subculture identity. Hell, he even made a video with a guy who has autism and he still got game grabbing numbers in the end. What I'm saying is, it will definitely make your channel feel more genuine and human!

I think the one advantage of going to an online platform is that you cast a wider net. Whereas in a bar you will have 20 women where you might like 4 of them and 1 might like you back - online you can have thousands. Even if the odds are lower the end result should theoretically be better. Notwithstanding the headache of dealing with fake profiles of course.

It’s better for the company if they keep guys thinking that the women are rejecting them. That way you are incentivised to pay for premium features. I did an experiment where I created a female account and tried to find my own profile but I couldn’t it obviously wasn’t showing me. As soon as I paid, guess what? Height really makes no difference. I’m 192.5 cm which is almost 6‘4. Single for life. No Dates. I don’t think I’ve ever had an advantage with women due to my height ever.

Would be nice if tinder wasn't a hoe app but the fact it makes me feel more confident if a woman I have interest in approaches me is a bit of a problem given 95-99% of females woman or not wouldn't because they think the guy is supposed to approach them (when these days most who try get recorded or the cops called on them for harassment if not simply called a creep just for looking at them) while approximately 95% of females that would or do approach males she has interest in are either hoes or f*cking insane and would make your life more hellish than it might currently be. It's beyond difficult for me to find a woman... makes me hate myself because I don't know hot to change it.

As a women at the age of 35, its also hard for me too notonly men. Most of the men are only looking for ONS and those who will shower me with sweet words but when i respond, they ghost me. Like it exhausting! Im tired of this! I think I'd rather be single for life 😢

Thank you for this video man. I’m in an interesting position where I’ve been using dating apps for ten years successfully for sex, but I don’t know how to actually connect with women in person. I literally tell these women there are better dudes out there if you just look under 6 feet, they don’t care. Recently, I’ve become tired of playing that role. Time to go in person more.

The main issue for me is that I use a wheelchair full time, and it’s a muscle degenerative disease, so I’m unable to go to the gym and get in physique. I’m very short as it affects growth. So for me online dating feels like it’s the only option and my confidence has been absolutely destroyed if I’m being honest. But I do desperately want to find a relationship so I can just feel a bit happier and less lonely

I remember going on tinder and I didn’t think you would pay a subscription. I think it’s not worth it because what is the point. I would rather go to a gym and other places to meet girls and chat with them. I never had any luck with girls. It’s all about putting yourselves out there and confidence.

Excellent content man! There's so much bullshit on KZread these days, especially in the area of dating/self-improvement. This was a breath of fresh air - well thought out, highly nuanced, and some funny bits as well. I never ever really subscribe, but you got one! Looking forward to checking your channel! (Y)

One thing I'll add is location and culture of an area. I live in Kentucky and fair less on Tinder then I do when I go back home to California and Nevada. The same would more then likely go for a guy who lives here doing the same.
