Everything you said is correct except for Azucena being "overtuned". She has her fair share of weaknesses, knee simply didn't know when to challenge her and what to avoid using. Every pro knows they need to be careful against another pro, knee just didn't know what type of careful he needed to be. Mental frame advantage is just as effective as physical frame advantage.

​@anyany2021 As someone who played her in CBT, I mostly agree except her running attack needs to be changed. It currently jails so you cannot duck the high when you block the mid and is very plus on block, making it basically like T7 S1 dragunov running 2 AKA insanely overpowered.

@CaDeYbOi I get what they were trying to do with it, as if she does it from too far away you will see the mid and be able to duck the high, but the mid hit box should be reduced so you have to get in close for it to work. Either that or reduce the tracking so it can be easily stepped like you mentioned.

Yeah Knee was mostly playing Tekken 7, while Arslan was playing Tekken 8. Knee will have to learn and adjust his playstyle completely. I don't blame him though, the game isn't even out yet, so it's excusable that players didn't get used to it yet.

You wanna go with an easy one, try kunimitsu, she's good mix ups for beginners. If you wanna challenge yourself a little bit, pick Kazumi If you wanna challenge yourself further, Jin, Steve, Paul, Bryan are some good characters to try If you wanna quit in a month, pick Kazuya If you want others to quit after playing you, pick Eddie. Hope this helps :)

"Cracked beta" meaning a pirated version of the Tekken 8 closed beta. Which means Arslan had a copy of the game (illegally) for months, and has been using that illegal copy to practice Azucena RELIGIOUSLY. That's how he knew her moveset inside-out and how to play her. People are mentioning it because it's a bit of an unfair advantage to have. Knee clearly had no idea how to play against Azu, and didn't know her moveset AT ALL, meaning he did NOT play the illegal copy of the game and therefore had hours less practice than Arslan did. I do also personally think that if Knee and Arslan had the same amount of playtime in Tekken 8, the matches would've been WAY less one-sided.

His combos and mixups are still exactly the same and it didnt have any improvements at all. If he really played the cracked version, then her azucena combos and mixups should have look at least way sharper and more effective. There was plenty of times he didnt know how to extend a combo and he was dropping it. But he still outplayed his oppenents and thats a fact. Plus when the CBT came out arslan wasnt even home he was busy traveling to korea,malasiya and thailand and he didnt even have the opportunity to play

This has nothing to do with azucena’s strength level. This is purely based on a lack of matchup knowledge. Knee and arslan are very close in skill.
