Thanks for yet another great podcasts. Super enjoyable to listen to. My main concern really is my health. I'm a 35 year old natural and experienced lifter with bodyfats of 12-14 most of the time. Over the last year I've developed gynekomastia. Other than more stress from a broken love life and overtraining I have little clue what contributed to it and it's still there. So far no doctor has helped me. I know causes and people are different, but do you have experience treating this from a natural/drug free angle or may prescription medication be nessesary?

Haven't commented in a long time. But the specific question about super dry. I can honestly say I've used it and now it was just for before summer or a certain situations. Definitely works. And it doesn't dry you up so much that you look flat. No I'm sure you could probably take a lot of it and do so but I'm glad to see products like this. People were leaning away from actually harsh diuretics I know they're still being used. But I've also heard of a few guys using super dry or products similar. Or just dandelion root. The days of depletion and just cut your water they're over with. Cuz you need water to shuttle the nutrients in the carbohydrates and everything else.
