The BBC have a panel that put together the shortlist then the public vote off that shortlist. Someone needs to advocate Tom to the BBC I think.

Is having it outdoors in the heat such a good idea? Gavin Bilton dropped due to heat exhaustion. Also not having it live streamed is very dated and honestly holds the event/sport back, need to reach a wide audience as possible, I haven't watched TV in over a decade!
