Also my University life outside Zambia is despressing. I have been to 3 unis in my lifetime. Being alone in new environments, cultures and confronted with different ideologies from your own, with some choking you and persecuting you *sigh* is depressing and can easily cause anxiety if you are not careful. I soon learnt in my first year of undergrad that adaptation is key and finding or cultivating a support system away from home and everything you know helps too ❤ P.S I can be a guest on your channel if you like. I think I know one or two realities about studying outside Zambia at this point 😊

As an International Student at Cavendish University, I don't find university life so hard. But I must admit, Accomodation is way expensive especially in Lusaka. Food is quite affordable and Zambians are among the nicest people.
