First walk a mile in someone else's shoes then you can judge whether it's stupid or not. I made a hoodie in school. I showed it to my sister and her first thought was to say: it's ugly. It made me sad and now I'm scared to wear it bc I dont want to judged. I had a friend tell me last year "you need to shave your arms". Those words actually hurt, and even today she still points out ny insecurities that i’ve had, and ones that I’ve never had until she mentioned them.

You completely right, insecuritys are just thoughts. Its just your own way of thinking that makes the needles thoughts anything wurth. However, acceptance and being confident will get some of the thoughts appear less so its also easier not to think about the insecuritys when the thoughts are not appearing through your mind every time. In that way your insecuritys will get less important and can fade away. Confidence is necessary for the insecuritys to go away. Without self love you never can find acceptance and it makes it hard to love yourself becouse of that. Like a sort circle. Thats why its so hard so solve it. I actually think its necessary to have other people love you before you can love yourself. Humans are social animals and have always been depending on eage other. There are many people who dont get the love they need, the accepance from others who they are. And without others we are noone.

Some people have more some have less.. some people's hair are noticeable and some of them don't haven't noticeable hair. Its okay. There is nothing wrong with that. You are YOU. And you are unique. Society makes us think that body hair on women is something to be ashamed of. However in reality ITS NOT. It is just a part of ourselves. I mean have you ever heard that if you have hair in you arms mosquitoes don't bite you or something? Lol. So you know its a part of our nature. You can do whatever you want with your body hair. There is no need to feel pressured about plucking them or waxing etc. I mean you can do it if you want. But you can also dont do it! Its your PERSONAL CHOICE. If someone is not okay with it, its their problem. NOT YOURS. You can do or don't do whatever you want with your body hair. Just remember whatever you choose do it for yourself! Not others or society. Embrace your uniqueness. Embrace yourself ❤️

Thank you spencer you’re helping me so much.and Because the your insucure made my heart skip a beat Here’s some more tips I would recommend listening to little things by One Direction it really helped me with my body image and it’s a good song to just cry to Or you can flat up just listen to any One Direction song most of their songs are about teenage struggles or girls problems that they wish girls didn’t have problems with if you look up some One Direction quotes you’ll realize they are very sweet guys Here’s my favorites 1. Louis- there are a lot of insecure a girls out there and I wish I could just hold them and tell them how perfect they are 2.Niall-i’d rather be called a boy and play with paper airplanes then be called a man and play with a girls heart 3.Harry-it only takes a second to call a girl fat but she will take a lifetime starving herself watch what you say 4. Liam-The worst thing a boy could do is ignore a girl. When she’s giving him her whole heart 5.Zayn-just because you don’t have a prince does it mean you’re not a princess

I broke down crying immediately when she asked if we were insecure or if someone made us insecure. After so many toxic and abusive relationships, I have so many insecurities, and this helped me realize that I am perfect the way I am. so, i’ve hated my smile and never smile with my teeth, and i try not to laugh because when i was younger my sister made fun of it, my laugh and my smile, and it’s been YEARS and it still effects me to this day
