Only person worth watching thanks to staying true to his values and calming family content is LFG. Only guy that actually still fishes. Been an OG from the very very beginning like no joke and I swear now the stuff you guys legitimately pump out is just exactly that , pumping out “content” just to stay relevant. Haven’t watched a Googan video in years thanks to its adhd low attention span gimmicky videos that are way to obnoxious. All and all LFG don’t ever change your a blessing and stayed true.

But honestly lunkers I stopped watching a while ago. Just something with my morals doesn’t sit right with posting your whole life on the Internet and I’m referring to the divorce . I myself was brought up from a broken family, and God only knows what his daughter is going to go through. I wish her and him self nothing but positivity and a bright future but I just can’t watch any of his videos due to I cringe because of how douchey, and how much personal information he puts on the Internet, there needs to be a line in the sand. I’m not here for his personal relationships. I’m here for quality fishing videos or pew pew videos as I’m a 2nd amendment advocate myself.

I got back into fishing in 2014. I literally had not fished for 5-6 years. I had no idea what to do. My brother was using old 1990s techniques and they were not working for me. I knew for a fact that there had to be new techniques. I found Justin, Rob, and Jon on YT and subbed instantly for all 3 of you guys. I then found Alex, Flair, and 1rod. I am a little older than you guys but the passion y'all put into it spurred on my passion that I had lost for it and the information I was getting from all of you was invaluable. LOJO came along as well and I was so happy that he joined you guys. Thanks for everything y'all do and I hope to wet hooks with all of you one day! God Bless!

There is no Googan squad anymore. Jon and LFG are the only ones who still fish consistently, Flair is a farmer, Rob is about money, and 1rod is just annoying. Lojo is doing whatever, all went to shit when they sold out to corporate owners

Greed at the end of the day, I even stopped watching lunkerstv. End of the day, Peric was who made the channel, that 1R1R is hard to follow with is fucking laugh, blows my speakers every time. . TBH haven't watch a episode in a very long time. Last i seen of rob he was pulling up to a pond with a yacht tied to some massive house on wheels while everyone else had blow up dinghies or " bought a unused unit for $9.99 and made $70 million lol... Money went to that dudes head for sure. Think there's only Flair i follow. Jon b last he was fishing car park drains and catch some big ass fish. Then we are left with LFG, the man the myth the legend, dude whos voice can but a raging Rottweiler to sleep as for the others i dont know them, i have seen them on channel, but to me googans always, jon b, lunkers,lfg,flair and peric. . ™™

Called it years ago....if they stayed true to who they were and not try become a selling machine.... These guys have a more than a million subscribers but the views have dropped hella of alot...too much video game fishing...too little fresh content... Lojo knows jack shit about fishing and any fisherman that has been at a while can see it...his videos are also fake and acted....Rob click baits....Jon B needs to remove himself from the googan squad and break his video game finders...he is a great content creator. LFG is also a stand up guy. I love what Ayo is doing and his views reflect it even though he has way less subscribers.

Yall made a living and tortune over the easiest fishing, bass fishing, there is. Inspirational. Much love for the inspiration

I have always done catfishing and after watching bass fishing videos I am trying it out have not caught any yet but still trying can't afford the good gear baits or lures enjoy watching and learning more about bass fishing thank you all

What’s crazy is I remember the whole story of the Googan squad. I remember following all of them before there even was a squad. Was one of the people who preordered the initial Googan baits because I believed in the googans and their passion especially since they were initially turned down by all the big names in the industry but nowadays it’s all about money. Not proving that fishing should be for everyone. It’s sad really. Would be nice to see all the original googans have a podcast that just hashes out all the issues.

Times and trends are always changing. Fishing as a community is always changing. The GS will always have it's name and place, but it's just not the same anymore and they have to accept that. You can feel from these videos that they are trying so hard to recapture the older golden days. It's just not the same. Every member is doing their own thing, and that's okay. There's just too many focus on the "rebranding" and ressurection of the GS brand that it is coming off as trying too hard. Continue to make good products and videos and let the viewers and consumers decide. I commend Rob for taking lead and trying to continue to improve and push the GS brand. That passion and drive is great too see still.

Love the videos and all the gear but really need you guys to ship to the UK. Started watching whilst on holiday in Florida and totally hooked 🎣

As an older angler myself at first, I couldn't stand what you guys were doing at first. I thought man these guys are ruining and making fun of a hobby I love. But as time went by and you guys started to grow as a whole, I started to see you what you guys were trying to do and that was getting more youth into the sport. Now I watch a bunch of you now and glad you cut ties with the 2.0 guys that tried to replicate what you were doing. Now that those guys have been moved out and the OG are now taken the reins back, I can't wait to see what Googans bring to the table. I still know you are getting hate to this day but I'm glad you take it on the chin and keep proven the haters wrong year after year. I look forward to getting back on the water after having health issues for last few years and I'll keep supporting you till I can't do this anymore. I was a fan of googan from the beginning as well. But any time googan came our with a new bait, the squad would hype it for a video or two then stop using those baits. Ive got a lot of stuff in the tackle box i dont use anymore. Not sure if catch co took advantage of your name, but i cant get on the hype anymore. All my local tackle shops have carts full of clearance googan baits

Does it even matter? Individually both the gg and googan members are fun to watch, but as soon as they do the group thing the videos are damn near torture to watch. The way they double down on little kid content when a large majority of their fan base have aged 7 years since the gg/goo inception and have grown too old for the childish content, it is mind boggling. No wonder Grant took over the golf scene and Jon's solo content now dominates the group videos.

@@HOLDFASTBEAR I pretty much use Senkos and they are about the same as soon as the fish starts shaking.. small bass that I can pull out right away I get a few fish on one bait. I suppose I could put a dab of super glue on it and let it dry.
