Great vid! Honored to have a clip from my ‘How do you say Mugen’ KZread video at the beginning. So much info I learned a few new things.

I hope Mugen stays around for years to come. It’s quite tragic that nowadays they only really work with the Honda Civic as a platform as in the old days they could also work with Integras, Preludes, CRX, S2000, and Euro-spec Accords. If it were ever possible, seeing Mugen “diversify” into other brands and manufacturers would be kind of interesting to see

Those Mugen parts aren’t cheap like you said Alex! An Accord grill from Mugen cost me $300 used from ebay, but it was a genuine part and well worth it in my eyes. 😅

@@tommylyeah yeah.. sadly. I got it December 9th, 2017 and traded it in January 21st, 2019. It was my first car. Had to get the thermostat housing replaced in August of 2018 because it was pissing coolant, and not even 6 months later it started leaking coolant again. Car had an AEM cold air intake, full GReddy exhaust, and was blue. It's on my Instagram: sinisterdrummer

I will eventually, I'm trying to install all the mods myself. I got a skunk2 short throw adapter and takeda performance cai to start with.

Mugen: unlimited, endless, immeasurable. It's more than just the name, it is their philosophy that drives them to push the limits. (edit: what about TRD and GR being split, or on their own?)

currently doing a 1995 accord coupe Mugen build. I have obtained the full front and rear bumpers, side skirts and trunk lip. F20B with mugen headers and mugen twin loop. Just last week purchased 16" M7's, next will be the euro r carbon fiber intake, ms-z half bucket seats and steering wheel. and I can call it a day! Super excited, owned this accord for 8 years and took me forever to decide what to do with it. Just recently finished the 5 speed swap just to take it all out and put the f20b in.

My Prelude Has a Mugan Twinloop full exhaust. Its perfectly loud enough, and sounds nice

I have a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe 5 speed. First Honda I've ever owned, and also the first manual car I've ever owned. Love it to death

Mugen valve covers from ebay add an extra +50 hp to your stock D series engine. Can confirm.

Unfortunately Mugen never made a Y/Z head valve cover, though they did make one for the A/B head (D16A6). Never seen one IRL...

2013 civic si sedan. I learned stick in this car. I love my 9th gen, this is one car I'm keeping when it's paid off. Flashpro made a hell of a difference😊.

I drive a 2002 Honda Stream (RN3, K20A1) with a full M7 Sport concept body kit by Mugen. Being a Honda fan, Mugen represents something that is almost unreachable, the ultimate stuff that you could desire. Btw. your videos are great, funny and educational, so keep them coming guys!

Yyyooo I've been looking at an EP3 but unfortunately the dealership it's at isn't renowned for reliability/professionalism.. such a bummer too cause it's just over 200k for under $5k. I've always liked the hatches over sedans/coupes. Same with STi even, hatches and wagons are where it's at

Got a white 2020 Civic Si coupe with a Mugen shift knob and license plate frame. I’m also planning on getting the Mugen push button start, the quick shifter, and whatever other Mugen parts I can get my hands on 😎

I have a 2007 Fiji Blue Pearl Civic Si Sedan. I have all OEM Mugen body kit parts. Just picked up two Mugen MS-Z semi bucket seats. Build not done yet.

I got a red 07 civic DX with MOMO M3 outrun tires and new accord alloy wheels with all black tinted windows i just barely started working on my whip I might turbo it

I have a 8th Gen Civic FA5, wanting to do a FD2 Conversion to it with a Mugen RR Bodykit cause i think it looks badass

Lucky to have a 2008 Mugen civic si 🤙🏼 sadly it’s currently being neglected but will start to show it some love🔥

I have a csx type S and I love it I need some sick rims and suspension system will Mugen RR parts fit my csx

Fun fact “Mugen” could be mistaken for a wrong spelled version for the Swedish for “The Cup” (the type you drink out of) “Muggen”. “Mugg”= Cup in Swedish. ”en”= “a” or one (depending on the situation but mostly as “a”). Examples on different uses of the word “en”. (Bil=car) “En bil” = a car or one car depending on the context. “Bilen” = the car.

It’s Moo-Gin. Source,Honda Tuning Magazine. You forgot to mention King Motorsports as the official distributor of Mugen in America since the 80s I think.

Trivia tip: If you can read and pronounce words in Spanish then those abilities will transfer over to Japanese, their vowel rules are the same. Moo-gen! Honda is Hone-dah like Jose is Hoe-zeh. Now you know.

I've got some Mugen Stuff for my 2019 Civic Type R. No performance updates tho. I gut the door handle protection, the mirrors and the red luggage matt. But I'll get the tail lights pretty soon and after that I want to get the steering wheel :)

Mugen has only made one foolish decision, discontinuing parts. EF's and EG's need a lot of love at their ages now. ...including my mine! I got cash for the best parts made, but when they don't make them anymore.... ….sad day. OK, enough YT, off to paint the EG.

Not gonna lie. Had a 96 lx civic that had mugen 4 point harnesses in it. That car is now gone and i actually liked the harnesses so much i put them in my Foxbody.

This mans sporadic ass movement is what makes these videos hella entertaining to watch. I think it’s safe to say he’s the face of FI
